Former American Idol Mario Vasquez’s Alleged Gay Sexual Harassment
 
Not that anyone would have confused last year’s AI contestant Mario Vasquez as being straight - look at that sly grin - but now there is a damaging lawsuit against him, and the American Idol Production team, outlined in this document.Â
Last year, Vasquez dropped out of the show after making the Top 12, claiming Idol “wasn’t right for him.” At the time, rumors swirled that a gay scandal might be the cause, but he denied this and never really gave an adequate reason for quitting the show -  which has launched many a lucrative and rewarding career. Perhaps this lawsuit and the alleged sexual misconduct is the true reason behind the departure.
According to the lawsuit, an assistant accountant for Fremantle Media, Magdeleno Olmos, was sexually harassed while at work by Vasquez. As outlined in the lawsuit, TMZÂ pieced together the account of what happened to Olmos, and for your reading pleasure, I have condensed into a porn script format:
Vazquez stared lasciviously, smiled lasciviously… and on one occasion followed him into a bathroom. Knocked on the door of the plaintiff’s stall and made eye contact through the space in the stall door, [and]started to rub his genitals over his pants. Attempting to leave the bathroom, Olmos opened the door of the stall and saw Vazquez standing in front of him with his pants down masturbating. Vazquez pushed Olmos further into the stall and continued masturbating with one hand and trying to pull down Olmos’ pants with another hand. [Olmos attempted to] cover his body with his hands but Vazquez touched his chest and stomach underneath his shirt, and Olmos’ genitals as Vazquez attempted to unzip Olmos’ pants. Vazquez then allegedly asked Olmos if he wanted oral sex. Olmos claims that as he managed to get out of the stall, and attempted to leave the bathroom, Vazquez, grabbed his arm in an effort to stop him. Vazquez continued to call Olmos to come back as Vazquez stood in the bathroom with his pants still down.
So this is what gay porn is like. That’s kind of sexy, if you are into that sort of thing, which I am not. But if I were, that would be totally what I would want my first gay experience to be like. Assuming I was a guy and gay and was into Mr. Vasquez, which I am not. Otherwise, I would have punched him the ballsack and told my boss. Which is what Mr. Olmos said he did, except the ballsack thing. He’s much less hostile than I am.
The lawsuit states that Olmos did tell his boss an Eric LaPointe who told him “he was crazy” and repeatedly “threatened to fire him”, which sometime later, he did.
There have been no comments on the lawsuits from either Fox, Fremantle or Vasquez.Â
It seems like gay sexual harassment is as bad as regular male/female sexual harassment. But perhaps a tad bit sexier. All the sexual harassment incidents I have had always ended badly, with someone icing their ballsack.

Aida you are an idiot! You infer someone cant be “hot” if they gay. Go back to your teenage fantasies. Even if he was straight , you were hardly about to land him, so wether he’s gay or straight really is imaterial to you
