Fertility Clinic Mistake Ends In “Mixed” Results

I know this isn’t celebrity news, but it’s one of those “DAYUM” things that I just had to share.

A Long Island couple were suprised when little baby Jessica was born and had an afro. Thomas Andrews is white and his wife Nancy is Dominican Republic and their daughter Jessica is half black. How did this happen?

Apparently the fertility clinic the couple went to for in-vitro fertilization screwed up the sperm-donors and instead of using Thomas Andrews sperm they used someone elses. Someone else who’s not white apparently.

I wonder how often this stuff happens but the couple doesn’t suspect anything because there’s no “racial” redflags to go off? To be honest, she doesn’t look that different from their other daughter.

I would be pissed if that happened to me, but not because my kid would be mixed, but because my husband would think I did that on purpose just to mess with him. And I would too!

    What’s up with Long Island (my bloody homeland) getting the shaft all the time? First big hair, then Amy Fisher, and now this!

  2. That mother acts as though the egg was not hers it is her child. Why don’t they try and find the father I am sure he will be happy to claim his black baby. I feel pity for those two fools they will be horriblle parents to that child.I hope the money makes them happy. I hope they remember to thank her for making them wealthy after they collect from the law suit

  3. The baby is more than half black. Look at the mother, she is part black herself. 85% of the people from the DR are of African descent. The mother isn’t fooling anyone with her “I am a light skinned Dominican” crap. I am black and this woman is darker skinned than I am! What is the number to CPS? Me and my black husband will take this little girl off your hands.
