Is Anna Nicole Baby-Daddy Drama To Remain A Mystery?

annadannielynn.JPG

TMZ is reporting that while the public was told a hearing to determine the paternal father of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter Dannielynn was to happen April 3rd (today), this is NOT the case.

The sleuths at TMZ state that even though Anna’s long-time partner and lawyer Howard K. Stern lost a crucial appeal yesterday to block the DNA results in court, that we still must wait until next week to have the paternity results unveiled. From TMZ:

This means that the findings from the DNA Diagnostics Center of Fairfield, Ohio, as the New York Daily News reports, are cleared to be presented in Nassau by Dr. Michael Baird, the scientist who conducted the test. As of this morning, Baird wasn’t commenting.

It is a foregone conclusion that Anna’s ex-boyfriend and photographer Larry Birkhead is Dannielynn’s real father, but anything is possible in the intriguing life of the now deceased Trimspa spokesperson and model Anna Nicole Smith. Even if Larry Birkhead is found to be Dannielynn’s paternal parent, it will be up to the Bahamian courts to decide who will get custody of Dannielynn. Anna Nicole listed Howard K. Stern on the official record of birth, and Bahamian law tends to heavily favor the father on record over the biological father.

My guess is that based on the way the court has continued to proceed - NOT in favor of Howard K. Stern - that they will award custody of the child to whomever is determined to be the natural parent. Let’s hope it’s before Howard K. Stern can sell her to someone for a quick buck - because between you and me, you know that’s the kind of piece of crap person he is. Poor Dannielynn.
