Courtney Love Denies Weight-Loss Surgery, Has Difficulty With The English Language
When pictures of the newly slim Courtney Love surfaced a couple of weeks ago mouths dropped. The initial stories were favorable of her healthier look, especially since the rocker has looked bloated and unkept for the last few years.  But then more pictures surfaced of her from her vacation in Hawaii and the celeb magazines and blogs took a closer look. The skin around Ms. Love’s stomach seemed pouchy, and some speculated liposuction caused the saggy appearance, and some even went so far as to say gastric bypass surgery caused her the weightloss.Â
Courtney has maintained that she stuck to a rigid diet and excercise regime consisting of lean protein, steamed veggies and yoga, supplemented with Isopure shakes - and the result was a loss of 44 pounds since December. I accept her explanation. Gastric bypass is for enormous fatties, not someone considered merely “chubby”. As for the saggy skin, that’s simple. Losing weight quickly will cause your skin to sag, giving further evidence that her weightloss was done the hard way. Do you really think she would go to all that trouble and not get some surgery to improve the look of her stomach? Really now.Â
Anyway, I’d say Courtney’s real issue isn’t the rumors or speculation about her weightloss, but rather her inability to string a sentence together. Here’s what is believed to be Courtney’s response to the tabs talking about her “surgery” on a Courtney Love fan site (prepare yourself this isn’t pretty):

Thizs is bullshit as is the tummy tuck rumour or the 200k in liopo rumpur ( you dont lose eoght all over from lipo) ( noone loses more than 15 lbs from lipo ever they “resculptâ€) thi sisjust nnoying gross BULLSHIT. from people who cant lose wieght through ld fashioned discipline but dont think for second if it was legal i wouldnt think bout it sure i would but losing ll you rintesines doesnt appeal to me and im ton macro so i dont get cancer ( i kno wthe smnoking hs to go) banding s supposed to up your vchances for colon cancer as well as other terroble health problems,
again this is BULLSHIT. i worked my ss off and m always fucking hingry though ive gotten used to it, bno dr in the world would give me gastric bypass or gastric banding i dont meet the pproval of ny western country , it would be illegal and im[ossible fvor me to find dr to perform this surgery on me.

I am not trying to be mean, or exaggerate, but my kid’s in first grade and her spelling and grammar is considerably better than this. Honestly, the above example of a celebrity trying to write — even in a comments section – is just sad. Court’s either illiterate or on drugs.Â

thats just how courtney writes , ive seen her writing tons of times on her site, and she can spell perfectly. when shes pissed or stressed she just writes like a crazy woman and shes not on drugs thats her whole thing.
I think shes a genius and an Iconoclast whose had a really hard time - her hiusband shot himself and left her with the wreckage and shes one of the best female rock artists in history and one of the last great rockstars wich i believe she will prove when this record finally comes out. her site is http://www.moonwashedrose.com. and her my space is royal doll. we get Courtney crazy writing and we get totally sane writing but one thing im pretty sure of- shes sober and clean, period.
i cant prove it, but i know shes been through hell and public humiliation and back and for all her grammatical errors and public missteps i find her lyrics to be up there with Dylan and im not the only one and her command of a song to be near genius, her, live is not to be missed , and she has proven that shes the only modern rock or pop star who can act for real with real chops, she was nominated and deserved to win for “the People Vs Larry Flynt” and i hope she returns to acting after touring on this record wich ive heard little snippets of and it sounds brilliant.
Courtney is a mad genius and eccentric and totally misunderstood but disaffected people like young gay guys and pissed off girls get her like noone else, who wants to be Gwen all perfect like a Barbie when Courtney can kick Gwens ass live and lyrically and musically, i just wish Courtney would stop striving for perfection.
Cos itll never happen and those of us who worhsip her love her fo rher flaws. She doesnt need to be skinny or Barbie, thats not what we care about we care about her mad genius mind and songs and what she does to a crowd, i had her sign her book for me and shes the most charistmatic human being ive ever met in my life, ever. she glows, radiates even, call me a tard but i was always a fan until then i became more than that a fan whose curious with her abusive horrible background how th ehell she survived to glow with such an intense lifeforce.

I tend to beleive her about this one too. Then again, if she can allegedly get Kurt OFFED I’m sure she could have an ‘illegal’ surgery. I believe her this time.

That’s just how she types. She is not on drugs and she is not illiterate. I highly doubt that she lost that weight through anything other than hard work. Plus, she’s in her 40s, she looks amazing.
