Joe Francis Continues His Losing Streak, Smuggles Drugs, Bribes Guard For Bottle Of Water

This has been the greatest week ever! The most hated man in my world, Joe Francis, is in so much trouble he can’t bribe his way to a bottle of water. But it didn’t stop him from trying. Not only is the Girl’s Gone Wild pervert behind bars for contempt of court, but he’s also been indicted on tax evasion and fraud charges. And just when you thought he couldn’t prove to be a more shady piece of crap, he’s caught with drugs in jail and tries to bribe a guard with $500 for a bottle of water.
From People magazine, because they say it better than I could:
- Francis offered the guard $100 for a bottle of water on Wednesday evening. When guard turned him down, Francis showed him $500, investigators said. Jail inmates are not allowed to have cash.
- Supervisors then searched Francis’s cell and discovered 16 prescription medications, including Lunesta – a sleeping pill – and the anti-anxiety medication lorazepam, court records show.
- After learning of the new charges, Francis waived his right to a bond hearing for the contempt of court charge on which he’d been jailed, the AP reports. He wept as his mother blew him a kiss as he was led from a federal court room back to his cell. “I didn’t do anything,” Francis told his parents as he was led away, according to the Panama City News Herald.
- The new charges include bribing a public servant, three counts of possessing a controlled substance and five counts of introducing contraband into a detention facility.
- The AP reports that Francis could face up to five years in prison for the alleged crimes, which are third-degree felonies.
Not to be all schadenfreudish, but could any of this have happened to a more deserving person? Unless they were to dig up the bodies of Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy and Jefferey Dahmer – PLUS Adolph Hilter — there could be no other human being with as much bad karma as this douchebag. I pray that not only will justice prevail, but that the almighty CREATOR itself oversees Joe Francis’ punishment, and let’s hope it’s swift and extremely severe. In case you didn’t notice, I don’t like pedophilic perverts who prey on people. Rapist scum.

Sounds to me like the ‘real’ Taliban are the U.S. authorities. Since when are water and prescription pills illegal?
Also, filming 17-year-old girls who claimed to be 18 is NOT rape OR pedophilia.
This guy might be grossly ignorant, but in the long run the real losers are those who can’t have any fun.

WHY ARE ALL YOU PEOPLE DOGGING THIS GUY! I have never met Joe Francis and I have never paid or seen his movies other than his ads on T.V. What gets me is how quick some of you people are so quick to condem and judge this quy. Here is a guy that found a way to make $20million a year by filming young “ADULT” women “WILLING” to flash and expose them selves for a T-Shirt. How many of you both men and women wish they could make $20mill a year be young, single and have fun doing something as simple as filming women. Don’t get me wrong, he needs to pay for his tax issues, but for those women who are jumping on the “band wagon” and filing civil law suits against this guy for willing to expose themselves in 2003 and any others looking to “GET PAID” need to check themselves. We and I mean the human race have one thing in commen “FREE WILL”. If you are old enough to drive a car you should be accountable for your judgement or lack of it. I DON’T condone sex with underage girls or boys and I think any man or women should be punished to the full extent of the law. I have a 23yr old daughter that grew up in a disfuntional situation. I am sorry to say that I was not a part of her life ” like a father should be” she was raised by her mother that did the best for her under the circumstances. What I’m trying to say is my daughter made her own choices and can be proud of the choices she made and could of made mistakes and blamed it on being “young and stupid” and didn’t know any better. FREE WILL people ! For all you girls out there take responsiblity and be aware of your actions, know your limits when it comes to partying (drinking and drugs) and don’t put yourself in risky situations, that you would regret later in life. Most men (including myself) are dogs and if you want to be respected and treated like a lady, well then “RESPECT YOURSELF” and act ” LIKE A LADY” and I guarantee you will be!!!!
Joe Francis pay your taxes and keep your head up, from what I’ve seen from your ads for your movies you did not force any women to do anything against her will.

I find it terrifying that the males who have posted are all blaming the UNDERAGE GIRLS who were victimized by Joe Francis who intoxicated them, knew they were under 18, and made kiddy porn with them anyway. Since you all don’t seem to know the law, let me fill you in: underage girls cannot consent to the making of kiddie porn and the maker of it is strictly liable for its creation–including making sure that the girls he is making it with have had their 18th birthdays which Francis either did not or didn’t care.
As for those who happened to have had their 18th birthdays, last I checked anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol (as they all are) is not able to make a contract or consent to anything, including exposing herself. Francis is making his money because as a society we think it is perfectly fine to exploit women and girls and treat them as sex objects. We set up a situation in which the girls/women cannot win, and then we blame them for it.
Quit being cheerleaders for the exploitation of women. It does not make you any more powerful. It only makes you inhumane.
