Paris Hilton Can Expect Humiliating Strip Searches and Body Cavity Checks For Contraband While In Jail

parisbanned.JPG

Time’s running out for Paris Hilton.

With only 27 more days until she must surrender to authorities to serve her 45 days in jail for violating her probation, the heiress is reaching for any and all opportunities to avoid jail-time. And who could blame her. CNN is reporting via Jody “Babydoll” Gibson, author of “Secrets of a Hollywood Super Madam” who spent 22 months in jail for her job running a prostitution ring spoke about what Paris can expect in jail, among the highlights: bathroom privileges with a glass door in plain view of guards, humiliating strip searches, including looking up her privates for contraband, 23 hour lock-down with only one hour of freedom, and her daily showers may or may not include her having handcuffs on. Yowza, that sucks. But then again, so does….well you know.

Paris is desperate to avoid jail for the very reasons stated above, and she is grasping at straws.

Only one day after firing her PR flack Elliot Mintz, she rehired him. She dumped her criminal defense lawyer Howard Wietzman and picked up well-known DUI defense lawyer Richard Hutton. She’s pimping an online petition for clemency that is getting “laughs” from Governor Schwarznegger’s office. And several anti-Paris petitions have popped up on the internet, including a high profile one started by celeb gossip site IDon’tLikeYouInThatWay - titled No Clemency For Paris. Which I just signed (6000+ votes so far) compared to the Free Paris petition(CNN which I won’t link to for obvious reasons.

But for the purposes of laughter, let’s compare the two petitions main assertions behind their appeal to the public: From No Clemency For Paris:

On or about September 7, 2006, Ms. Hilton was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. Hours later, in an interview on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, Ms. Hilton says of the arrest that “It was nothing.” [Source: MSNBC]

On or about January 22, 2007, Ms. Hilton plead no contest to charges of alcohol-related reckless driving, and was fined and placed on 36 months of probation. [Source: MSNBC]

On or about February 27, 2007, Ms. Hilton was pulled over for speeding at double the speed limit down Sunset Boulevard at night without headlights. She was arrested for driving on a suspended license. This was also a violation of the terms of her probation. [Sources: TMZ/TMZ]

And the laughable Free Paris Petition:

Paris Whitney Hilton is an American celebrity and socialite. She is an heiress to a share of the Hilton Hotel fortune, as well as to the real estate fortune of her father Richard Hilton. She provides hope for young people all over the U.S. and the world. She provides beauty and excitement to (most of) our otherwise mundane lives.

Hilton is notable for her leading roles on the FOX reality series The Simple Life and in the remake of the Vincent Price horror classic “House of Wax”. In addition to her work as an actress, she has achieved some recognition as a model, celebrity spokesperson, singer, and writer.

… this petition is to ask Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to pardon Paris Hilton for her mistake. Please allow her to her return to her career and life. Everyone makes mistakes. She didn’t hurt or kill anyone, and she has learned her lesson. She is sincere, apologetic, and full of regret for her actions as she explained tearfully to the Judge handling her case in court yesterday. She is distraught and understandably afraid.

She should be afraid. She’s insulted every ethnic and special interest group out there.  She’s offended the sensibilities of us all and flagrantly flaunted her celebrity status as a free pass to do as she wishes. It’s true, she didn’t kill anyone, but she has influenced our society in the most negative of ways by glamorizing illegal drugs, promiscuous sex and may be the root cause of the rise in herpes in this country. That in itself is reason enough to send her to jail.

If she gets clemency, there will be rioting in the streets!

  1. Did you happen to notice that paparazzi photographed her driving her car yesterday. You know, after it was explained to her that she wasn’t allowed to drive and was told she was going to jail for having done so.

  3. I did notice that, but I believe she’s been given some kind of temporary driving priviledges. TMZ reported that about a month ago when they saw her driving then too.

    Still, she’s an idiot.

  7. I hope some amazonian guardess doesn’t take advantage of poor Paris. Perhaps a public flogging is more in order.
