Britney Britney Britney Britney

I’m sorry, but my fingers just can’t seem to type anything else. I try to do a search on platypuses, and I type “Britney”. I attempt to play Scrabble on my computer, and “Br_tn_y” is all I can come up with (I ran out of vowels five “Britneys” ago). I try to write my mother an email, and she responds wanting to know who this Britney person is and why I think she’s her and I sound cranky, do I need a Midol? Maybe I do, I’m not feeling quite myself.

Anyway, here’s the latest Britney Britney Britney Britney, I’ll let you write your own post (there is ash-flicking, watch for it):

Did you know there is still coffee on her car?

  1. For reals, her depth of stupidity seems to actually be increasing.

Hey Brit, I realize you didn’t finish high school or junior high for that matter, but you know that little sign that has a cigarette with a slash through it means “no smoking.” The reason for that is because gasoline is flammable.

Granted I have the advantage of finishing high school and passing required science courses, but my son, who is three understands a no smoking sign.

    You are an idiot.

  3. thought you would find this article in the Sun interesting – the concept of forcing Britney to get some help is great – but talking to the Sun about it! No wonder this girl has probs. Either help her (actions not words) or shut the hell up! Man I am sure they paid him…

BRITNEY SPEARS’ estranged dad is so worried by her erratic behaviour he wants to have her committed.

Jamie Spears has consulted lawyers about staging an “intervention” to get Britney into therapy.

He has told pals he is worried the troubled 25-year-old star could harm herself or her boys if her bizarre antics continue.

A source close to Jamie – who Britney refuses to speak to after accusing him of cashing in on her fame – said: “He is consulting lawyers about the best way to help Britney.

“He feels they need to stage an intervention to get her into rehab or some kind of therapy.

“He is worried she is going to harm herself or the boys.

“Jamie is also concerned about her wild lifestyle. She is spending money like it is going out of fashion – checking into hotels when she has two homes in LA.

“He feels she should be putting the money aside for her kids.”

The move comes after Britney’s erratic behaviour appeared to be spiralling out of control.

Last weekend the star was seen panicking that her house had been burgled – but when police arrived there had been no break-in.

The fallen pop princess Britney Spears also shocked staff at the trendy Viceroy Hotel by applying to become a barmaid.

She told an astonished cocktail server she wanted to be a barmaid and filled in an application form to work for the hotel’s Cameo Bar.

The star’s mum Lynne and sister Jamie Lynne jetted into LA late last week to comfort Britney, who was seen on Monday tearfully saying goodbye to her two sons after a short supervised visit.

Defending her former manager Larry Rudolph, who she fired after he persuaded her to go into rehab, Jamie said: “When Larry Rudolph talked Britney into going into rehab he was doing what her mother, father and team of professionals with over 100 years of experience knew needed to be done.

“She was out of control. Larry was the one chosen by the team to roll up his sleeves and deliver the message, to help save her life.

“The Spears family would like to publicly apologize to Larry for our daughter’s statements about him over the past few weeks.

“Unfortunately, she blames him and her family for where she is at today with her kids and career.

“Larry has always been there for Britney. For this, we will forever be grateful to him.”

But Britney fired back: “I am praying for my father. We have never had a good relationship.

“It’s sad that all the men that have been in my life do not know how to accept a real woman’s love. I am concentrating on my work and my life right now.”

Meanwhile Britney has passed her first random drug test ordered by the judge who granted ex Kevin Federline indefinite custody of her sons.

She was also ordered to have fingerprints and mugshots taken at a police station after she allegedly hit a parked car and fled. She must appear in court over the incident on October 25.

    * BRITNEY has reportedly passed her first court-imposed drug test with flying colours.

Gossip website TMZ.com say the troubled pop star, who is required to undergo testing under the terms of her ongoing child custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline, took the test this weekend.

  5. You know, I have always wondered about “a source close to [insert name here]. Seriously. Who are these people and how do they get this info to the media? I would think that if I were a famous person, or the parent/spouse/sibling/friend of a famous person, I’d keep all my cards close to my vest.

Unless “a source close to” really means “the person themselves”. Which is entirely likely.

  7. Yeah I always assumed that sources close to blah …. meant they (the mags/papers) had someone who was willing to go on the record for $ and risk severing ties as a result (common you tell your best friends and they go to a paper it;s unlikely they will remain friends)- but I have a tendency to believe it’s the person (Jamie Spears) blabbing for cash. Any way you look at it – help her and shut up. It’s a family/legal matter
