I fear that she may be a lost cause; that even a total reversal of fortune--ie. the public is so disgusted with her that they boycott her products--resulting in bankruptcy (which wouldn't take long, considering her spendthrift lifestyle) so that she could no longer keep sycophants on the payroll, still wouldn't bring her back to reality. Brit will just see herself as a victim and never have the self-actualization she so desperately needs. She has a life sentence as the spoiled, egocentric princess her mom raised her to be. Those poor, poor little boys. I certainly hope Kevin stands up finally to be the man they need for a father. I have felt this was coming for months. Her needs take priority over those of others. She is never without her team of bodyguards, assistants and hanger ons to reinforce this behavior. So her envioronment will always be about what Britney needs and that is not a healthy environment for children to be in.
