The now-famous report by the Institute of Medicine estimated that 44,000 to 98,000 people die in US hospitals each year as the result of medical errors. Being somewhat endowed myself, it's hard on your back to carry those things around. That's just a guess, though. But, it could have been for cosmetic reasons, especially with a tummy tuck thrown in. You're right...it's sad when such a lovely, intelligent woman felt the need to "conform" to some Hollywood standard of "beauty", when she was beautiful to start with. Beauty isn't just a size two with C-cups. I hope the family goes after this guy, because he definitely should not have operated on her if she had a heart condition.
