I think she snorted before she went on stage, and the sniffly nose was an aftereffect of that. Gross, mind you, but not illegal. Besides, could she put a line or dot on her sleeve that fast and neatly, and sniff it up, when she can't even walk across stage or bend over and get a drink of water without practically falling over?
