I do believe Kati has a point in saying that Britneys parents seem to have done very little in the way of parenting throughout her life so stepping up to the role now might not only be too late, it is also a position they are not equiped for. That may explain their lack of action but it does not excuse it! There are various legal channels that could be explored by the Spears which they've chosen to ignore. It seems to me that only K-Fed is doing anything to remotely addess Britney's issues... I can't say how sad it is that the loss of her children has had no effect.
