A person who was completely ignorant of scientology would only have to spend about 15 minutes reading websites that irrefutably demonstrate what an evil organization this is, to realize what an evil organization this is. The people who get sucked into it, or chose it, must have a bit, or a bit more than a bit, of evil in them as well. Not to mention the fact that they are first class losers - no one in their right mind would be a scientologist - any half intelligent person looks at them as absolutely ludicrous human beings.

The whole point to scientology is to optimize your mind and body and clean out the garbage that collects in your head that causes/instructs harmful physiological and mental conditions and side effects to occur. I think before this whole election process is over, the minds of the whole country is going to be so full of b*llsh*t everyone is going to need to check into a scientology clinic just to get their heads cleared! I’m voting for HILLARY CLINTON.

What a cute rumor, oh the Lulz. Okay, so let me get the context. Ben Widdiecombe wrote an article about Ian Halperin’s as-yet-unpublished book; Ian Halperin interviewed a Scientology recruiter (unnamed source, no time specified, no location specified), a Scientology recruiter. BTW, what is a “Scientology recruiter”? Do they have a spiffy uniform? Whereabouts do you find one, within Churches, at neighborhood bars? Do they have a clipboard? Was the “interview” spontaneous and in a bar, someplace? A twiddle of detail would be nice. Obviously the Church’s stance is greatly different from your rumor, so a little substantiation is in order, you see?

You’ve really misinterpreted this quote people. It’s a warning of what could happen if those of us who are Scientologists make the mistake of letting our techniques get misapplied by evil and surpressive people or governments.

It’s a reminder to Scientologists to be constantly vigilant and careful to make sure our stuff doesn’t get twisted and misapplied in a way so as to harm people. The key word here is “secret” meaning people in the goverment using our stuff to harm people.

He is warning us to prevent such governmental abuses, especially preventing the government from using our stuff that way.

Leave it to the media to twist a quote to mean almost the opposite of what it does.

I still just find these people amusing. Mostly. I mean if they run from their own religons creation myth, and every one of their founders rules covering how to deal with non-belivers (fair game), gorernment oversight (opperation snow White) and people of other races (coverd nicely above) what exactly do they base their friuty little club on? And how do they claim it is a real religion? The only thing they seem to cleve to throughout is that oft-quoted LRH line about the only way to make real money being to start your own church. Kinda sad really. If you all want to be racist, xenophobic, gay bashers shamlessly chasing profit then do it. Just cut out the bullshit. Follow what your little grand high god of crappy si-fi wrote and go on with it, be the bastards you feel the need to be. But don’t be suprised when the laws of physics ass-slam most of your MEST powered bullshit, and rational thinking people continue to ignore you at best.
