crazymom: Did you see a bit ago in an interview with George Clooney, where he said that until the night of the hostage incident he had no idea he lived in the same housing development as Brit?

He said that now he has to move. :)

An added insight...
Nick Lachey (no stranger to pap intrusion himself) was on a local radio station this morning. He has the (dis)pleasure of living a few houses down from Nitwitney in her gated subdivision. Nick says that waiting outside those gates on any given day are 15-20 paps just waiting for someone (aka Britney) to leave the subdivision.

Everyone knows what Britney's car looks like and once she's out making her regular runs to $tarbucks, Citgo, and Taverna Tony's, they just follow her around all day.

However, it stands to reason that Unfitney is at a point, economically speaking, where she can afford to have an anonymous-looking SUV with tinted windows where nobody can see her. She has the added option of sending her assistant du-jour out for ciggies. But from the looks of it, she seems not to want to give herself even the slightest break from all the crazazy.

The paps are by no means blameless, but I do think (at the risk of sounding like I'm psychoanalysing) that SHE gets a kick out of manipulating them and seeing just how much chaos she can provoke; just as much as the paps get a kick out of doing whatever it is they get their kicks from.

It's a mutually beneficial relationship, just like those parasite fishes that eat the algae off sharks.
