A Quick Britney Spears Update
According to TMZ, apparently Brit’s stay in the hospital will probably be extended to fourteen days…by order of the doctors, not the courts. It seems she now has professionals who truly want to see her get well and who have the balls to do so (coughCedarsSinaicough). Of course, it’s all speculation at this point, but I can’t see them releasing her if they classified her as G.D. (greatly disabled).
In other news, it seems some items from Brit’s house have gone astray:
The Los Angeles Police Department was called to the Beverly Hills home of Britney Spears Friday after her parents discovered valuable possessions belonging to the singer were missing, a source close to the singer tells Usmagazine.com.
The source says Spears’ father Jamie and mother Lynne were “shocked” to find that the valuable items “had been stolen” after they returned to the house following yesterday’s emergency hearing where Jamie won legal control over his daughter.
They then called police and filed a report.
Spears’ parents believe that the items were stolen after their daughter was taken to the UCLA Medical Center early Thursday morning.
Let me preface this by saying there’s no concrete evidence to back up this statement, but as TMZ pointed out, Osmegma bin Loopy had access to the house until Jamie Spears was appointed conservator (at which point he changed the locks), and her parents believe Swami is up to no good in Brit’s life. I ain’t sayin’, I’m just sayin’.
Also, it seems pretty funny that the daily diarrhea flow of Brit news has all but dried up since Osmarmy got the legal big boot. Poor X17 (who are saying Brit is going to be released tonight) have been reduced to posts like this.

Amazing, isn’t it? How little info is slipping out and here so many people said Cedars AND UCLA were violating HIPAA rules….
BTW, did you see the video at TMZ of Brit’s dad taking Paps to task for harassing Lynn? He isn’t in a mood for this stuff and they are going to learn to keep their distance or there will be fireworks.
Britney never took her stint in Celebrity Rehab seriously last year, this is her chance and I hope the doctors, her parents and the judges don’t blow it. Hopefully they are doing extensive hormone evaluations on her along with all the other tests and will be able to get her on an even keel.
I would love to be a fly on the wall while the “Conservators” perform a forensic audit of her recent affairs… bet there is going to be some real intersting stuff there. I expect Trope & Trope as well as Sammy, and a few other people who have been in her life, will soon be kicked to the curb (rightly).
I expect private photos and videos to surface soon for large $$ and Sam to disappear.

Me and you both! You have to be a curious sort to work on a site like this, and while I’d LOVE to know exactly what is going on, I understand the need for privacy at a time like this.
Maybe someday, when Brit is well again, she’ll give a proper interview to Matt Lauer and tell just what was going on in her life at this time.

Here’s my wish for her…that this is the start of genuine healing for her. For her life, health, family. If she allows herself to be treated, and makes the decision, for once and for all, to get well, I see her disappearing from public view. She’d likely move completely out of LA, and work on getting well, and would regain 50/50 custody of her children. I see her getting remarried to an amazing man, who helps and supports her, and she does the same for him. I also see her writing a book about what it means to become a celebrity so young in life, and what it did to her and her family. I see her possibly running some sort of therapy program for other young celebrities who are caught up in the madness of it all and end up losing themselves. Who knows, it could happen.

Ann…I would love to see that happen. Truly. And who knows…maybe it will.
But she’s got a long row to hoe first. I certainly hope she gets the help she needs. Wouldn’t it be nice if she DIDN’T crash and burn?

There are still stories coming out of the hospital and that bothers me. She should be able to be treated without commentary on how she is actign and what she is doing.
Hopefully this will be the start of a new life for her.

Radar has an interesting story of a pap that actually quit his job because covering Britney has gotten to out of hand. Says he is doing a story about the paps, now..

One item of interest in this story is how Sam “texted” X-17 to let them know where Brit is; something most of us know.
I hope he lied about it to K-Fed’s attorney, purjury could be added to his other problems. BTW, I read that Britney’s parents spent some time with K-Fed today.

yeah absolutly depressing.
supposably she needs the power and emotional help of her kids AND her family to succeed in this hard times. without her family i odn’t think she’ll survive this without bigger disadvantages.
