Thanks for the kind words. After I read the statement from Lynne Spears for the restraining order it hit me like a ton of bricks how dumped on this girl was and how truly sick she must be. I felt bad, I misjudged her and felt tremendous sympathy. All celeb writers who’ve dumped on her should realize what we did was wrong. There’s bad behavior and then there’s sickness.

Someone like Britney can’t be held completely accountable for their actions in a case like this.

I was wrong, and I feel better having admitted it. Good thing k and you all came along or I might have made an even bigger ass out of myself

D I have followed your posts long before I started posting here and don’t be so hard on yourself. I think many of us thought is was being a spoiled Diva at first and it wasn’t until she started circling the drain at an accelerated pace that it became clear something else was in play other than “just” being mentally ill.

Even her mental illness I am looking at slightly differently since watching the E special on her yesterday and how really smart and vivaceius she was… that Britney had charisma…

I think it is true she started to show signs of cracking when she and Timberlake broke up, the 55-hour marriage was, IMHO, a cry for Justin’s attention and I suspect around that time some sort of alcohol or drug (prescription or illegal?) started around that time — how many talented people have destroyed their lives beause doctor feelgood comes in and starts prescribing uppers and downers???? too many is the answer… I digress…

I don’t know to what degree she loved Kevin vs wanted Kevin but the Blender Magazine article lays it out pretty well, Kevin may not have been a saint, but Britney was not easy to live with, either..as they say, it takes two….

I suspect at this point when Sean Preston was born followed so fast by Jayden James post-partum settled in along with other issues and it was a hormonal fit of pique that led to the text message to Kevin she was divorcing him.

The divorce along with hanging with Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan along with her “cousin” Ali introducing Sam into her life has been devestating to this young woman and I hope she can recover and somehow find here way to a normal life of some sort… her young boys need to grow up with a loving and stable mother and father….
