Britney’s Dad Still In Charge

According to TMZ, Brit’s dad and the other co-conservator are still in charge until March 10.  The judge has also ordered a 730 evaluation, which is the study of a family for the purposes of child custody.  Sam still hasn’t been served with his restraining order, so technically he can still have contact with her.

And really…that’s pretty much it.  :)

  1. it’s incredible, the britney show really seems to have come to an end. no more craziness, no more running around at 2 am. it’s too bad they didn’t do this a year ago. oh well, better late than dead.

  2. The most interesting thing to come out of the day is the phony federal filing claiming Britney’s rights are being violated, which seems to come from Sam and Sands. Sam is getting desperate, I cannot figure out why Sands is going down this road though.

    Also interesting that Brit’s brother, Bryan, is now her Trustee… and her mother flew back to Louisiana today the same time as Finalpix is reporting Britney flew to Missouri.
