the objective of the protest is not to supress but to inform. i hope that if nothing else you can understand this fact. IF we are wrong and you are right, you should not be afraid to prove that. rather then this hatefull generic rhetoric that seems to spew from your mouths at the merest hint of a differing viewpoint

That was Hitler’s plan, wasn’t it? Just another few generations of conquest and control, and there would be no more “entheta” … those who are now allowed to speak out will someday be a footnote in Tom Cruise’s “History of Teegeack”

The Scientologist gestapo has instilled fear in the public that those - such as Anonymous - who oppose it are acting similar to the persecution of the Jews. Well, we can see clearly the critics, Anonymous, and Psychiatry play the scapegoat role of the Jew’s in Lafayette Hubbard’s - and now Miscaivage’s - Kampf.

Shall we let their CLEANSING, I mean “Clearing” continue? After all, it is their right to freedom of religion at all costs (and the sum of all costs shall coincidentally be the price in the end) … Hmmm?

At the conclusion of the Sklar appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court, Judge Silverman concluded that, in essence, two wrongs don’t make a right. That is, both Sklar and the Church of Scientology should not have a tax exemption of the kind given by the IRS. His suggestion was that a lawsuit be brought against the IRS forcing them to comply with the 1989 U.S. Supreme Court ruling, denying Scientologists the right to deduct “fixed donations” from their income tax. He states “An IRS closing agreement cannot overrule Congress and the Supreme Court” (Michael Sklar; Marla Sklar, Petioners vs. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, February 27, 2002 Tax Ct. No. 1556-97).

How did the IRS overrule the S.S. Supreme Court? Many have tried to find an answer. Had the time come to call on the Treasury Dpeartment, which controls the IRS, to investigate how it happened? There have been allegations that the Church of Scientology hired investigators to look into the lives of leading IRS officials. One private investigator reported that he turned down $1 million to do so. Other reports alledged that Commissioner Goldberg removed the Exempt Organization from considering the issue, which was its rightful role. It has also been alleged that former Commissioners voiced their concern of the action.

Some have tried to find a lawyer to handle such a case without luck. Maybe now that the atmosphere is changing, one may be found to do so.

some not sent to prison yet include Mike Kobrin and his wife, helena one of the cults attorneys, founding the fraudulent ATEG OTC version of the real company, revealingly involving Col Wm Odom, ex head of NSA….. it is also interesting that a cult incubator founded USBX investment bank, now joint ventured with the CIA’s Carlyle group. its in the SEC filings and on their web sites.

This may account for the support scn has been getting from govt.
