Designer Kelly Nishimoto walks the runway at the Imasu By Kelly Nishimoto Fall 2008 fashion show.

“Roarrrrrrr— not every day do you see a pink pantha on the runway. Kelly should have dressed him up and wore a pink outfit.”

“Pretty sweet, nice posture-shame about the loss of limb..but still proves anyone can look good in Kelly’s fashion!”

Thank you Frazer for showing that when it comes to fashion sense, having a sense of humor helps too! Up next, Frazer takes on “The Hills” Lauren Conrad and her new line which premiered last night.

  1. Hey everyone. I gotta let you know that Whitley Kros is designed by Marissa Ribisi, a big time loud mouth Scientologist. She is the twin of Giovanni Ribisi and wife of Beck, the musician. She is very hard core as well as her entire family. I ask you all as part of our cause, to please boycott this label. I refuse to give any money to an artist good or bad, who will turn right around and hand it to the CoS.

  3. Pink Panther. :)

(And #1…I don’t think there is any danger whatsoever of me buying any couture…I can’t even afford Wal-Mart)

  5. Whitley Kros had one of the fugliest collections I’ve seen in a long time. Veronkia had some stunning pieces that had me doing double takes, but she had an equal number of misses. Nishimoto’s collection was an even balance of fab and fug, as was Julia Clancey’s. Overall, the L.A. collections are much more casual, dated, and less innovative than what we saw from New York. I don’t think it’s necessarily a bad thing to aim for casual, but there’s a fine line between casual and fug that we see crossed all the time by, say, the Olsen twins and numerous other wannabe fashionistas.

Bring back the elegance! (And leave the zebra crotched pants on the drawing board.)
