San Francisco Anti-Scientology Protest Today, March 22, 5PM

Tommy Gorman, an ex-Scientologist who has been “Fair Gamed” in the extreme, announced a planned protest in San Francisco TODAY which they’ve kept quiet to prevent Scientology from taking steps to stop them like they did in Clearwater, Florida last weekend.

Tommy’s Scientology exit story is very sad. He had a close friend still in the org who was raped by a Scientologist and the CoS tried to cover it up (very common tactic). Here’s more on Gorman and his efforts to expose the abuses of the Church.

  3. I have been in Scientology for 20 years and never once raped anyone. These matters, like child labor, beatings from the COB, being held prisoner for Introspective Rundowns… these need to be dealt with internally. Apostates likes this should not be listened to. These matters should be handled according to LRH teachings and the tech. Not external law enforcement and going to reporters, for instance, Scientology has a slave labor camp called the RPF which could deal with out-ethics folks.

Everything is fine. It’s not like there is an institutionalize form of abuse and cover up. Why don’t you look at the number of psych patients who are raped? Why don’t you protest on Saturday in front of drug manufactures?

Well, I’d have to say that they (anonymous) have every right to protest if they feel that they should. So do you, of course! Why don’t you protest on Saturday in front of drug manufacturers??

Your first paragraph is stunning in that it actually acknowledges some problems with the church of scientology!! I wonder why you think that this should be dealt with internally – I don’t see any logic in that. It’s illegal, in fact. If a church is breaking the law in any way it should be dealt with by the laws of the country that they’re in. That’s how we deal with every church – why should scientology be treated differently?? The ex-scientologists are willing to stand up and talk about what’s going on! I don’t see any reason not to listen to them – why shouldn’t we? If more current scientologists come forward, like you, to say that there are problems with scientology, then that will be amazing – they’ll be doing more to help their church than anyone else!

  7. wow, there’s some good logic. You didn’t rape anyone and you are a scientologist, therefore…. Nothing.

Learn to dead agent with at least some logic.

Obviously public or some staff time not sea org because you’re on a computer. Wait, the only scientologists on the Internet are OSA trolls.

If not OSA you’ve done good. Spewing the shore story line.

You didn’t break and enter the US government in the 70s so I guess Hubbard’s wife, MSH went to jail in fairly. If only they had your logic back then.

  13. Look, anyone can become a Scientologist, and *anyone* can succomb to their brainwashing and remain in the “church” in spite of having the truth right in front of their faces, because the CoS trains you to just ignore the obvious bullsh*t. This doesn’t make most Scientologists bad people, they are just regular people who have been duped by a sick, sick organization with a sick founder and a sick leader.

Scientologists need our help, not our ire.

  15. DangerMouse, Scientology is able to operate in this country thanks to the U.S. Constitution. You cannot usurp the individual freedoms guaranteed by that instrument by “internally” policing and disciplining its violations. Scientology has become a law unto itself, and that cannot be allowed in a free society.

Now, having said all that, I am fairly certain that *you* are not really a Scientologist, but rather an ‘instigator of comment’. You hit too many hot buttons there. Besides, a true Scientologist would never have admitted to “slave labor camps.” So, although you have provided the opportunity for many a good point to be made, no one likes to be tricked.

    Just my opinion.

  17. Tommy Gorman is just one of hundreds of those who escaped. They all aren’t lying. Why does the main stream media and the government ignore their stories?
Most of the media, in an attempt to appear to be fair, give the cult an opportunity to lie. A real journalist would do the research, which in this case is easy and has already been done, and done thoroughly. (For example Time magazine in 1991)
Read Deborah Tannen’s “The Argument Culture” to learn of the fallacy of thinking there is always two sides to every issue. There isn’t always. Sometimes there is a right and wrong, a truth and a lie, fact and fiction.

  19. I think it’s obvious that post #2 was actually a troll. It’s not that Scientologists aren’t absurd enough to suggest that allegations of child labor should only be investigated by the beneficiary of the child labor, it’s that a Scientologist would be unlikely to mistakenly call the Introspection Rundown the “Introspective Rundown”.

  21. > I have been in Scientology for 20 years
    > and never once raped anyone

    FLUNK! Wrong target, moron.

The Scientology crime syndicate has a history of rape, child abuse, racketeering, blackmail, extortion, arson, domestic espionage, treason, money laundering, tax evasion, quack medical fraud — everything that you read about Scientology underscores the fact that Scientology is organized crime, not a church, not a religion.

THAT’S what matters. The crime syndicate destroys families when loved ones try to keep their sons, daughters, husbands, or wives from getting rooked, swindled, and suckered by the Scientology frauds and bait-and-switch bunko scams.

    Operation Reconnect

    http://www.reconnect.org/

will be working to restore the families that the criminal enterprise has destroyed. Anonymous continues to do the work that law enforcement is supposed to go: work to protect citizens from criminal gangsters.

And let’s not forget the MURDER of Lisa McPherson and the outrageous SLAUGHTER of Stacy Moxon, daughter of unindicted co-conspirator kingpin Kendrick Moxon, named in the United States’ single most largest and widespread incident of domestic expionage against America in the nation’s history.

The Scientology crime syndicate has at most some 40,000 remaining customers world wide thanks in large part to the efforts of the ARSCC to expose the criminal core of SCientology and to innoculate people against falling for the frauds, scams, and swindles.

With Anonymous’ help, Scientology will be dismantled and no more innocent people will be raped, kidnapped, murdered, rooked, swindled and all the rest that Scientology is well known for.

And yes, these are only my own opinions, as always.

Oh – and “rape” isn’t just a little thing to let “the family” handle.

If you are truly a Scientologist, methinks you might be visiting that slave labor camp very soon once “they” discover that you’ve mentioned it.

  35. DangerMouse, her rape WAS handled internally to the church.

Gabriel Scott Williams, an “upstat” executive, was promoted as reward for repeatedly raping the young girl sent to live with him for “penetrating” “in-depth” scientology “education”

  37. Dangermouse is an obvious troll, why are people believing him to be real Scientologist? But the attitude is like that of Sceintologist – they think internal handling is better than real justice. This allows continued abuse of the human rights to go on and on unchecked. But luckily there are people who talk about it so we know, and people who escaped.
I recommend visiting of this site about the human rights atrocities of Scientology Cult:

  47. Hubbard wrote about this:

“When people do start reporting a staff member with a high statistic, what you investigate is the person who turned in the report. In an ancient army a particularly brave deed was recognized by an award of the title of Kha-Khan. It was not a rank. The person remained what he was, BUT he was entitled to be forgiven the death penalty ten times in case in the future he did anything wrong. That was a Kha-Khan. That’s what producing, high-statistic staff members are – Kha-Khans. They can get away with MURDER without a blink from Ethics…. And Ethics must recognize a Kha-Khan when it sees one – and tear up the bad report chits on the person with a yawn.”

I don’t think those responsible were punished at all. They probably got a pat on the back by the sick bastards upstairs.

  51. It was a nice small-scale raid. We were able to get L. Ron Hubbard’s great grandson Jamie Dewolf to show up and share some of his experience with the cult and a few chuckles with Anonymous.

He has stated further interest in participating in future raids. And we will welcome him with open arms, ears and minds.

    Go Anonymous!
