Glosslip sources just received information, Joey Reynolds, famed NY radio personality and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer will be interviewing Andrew Morton this evening for his popular WOR radio show stationed in New York. Here are the details from Joey’s WOR producer Myra Chanin:

Joey always keeps his strongest pretape as the lead into the morning show, 4 am is when it will be broadcast and it will be featured in the morning on www.wor710.com’s webpage and then on Joey Reynolds Webpage at WOW plus it will be archived for two months.

Andrew, whose NYT bestselling biography, Tom Cruise, An Unauthorized Biography details the life, career and faith of one Hollywood’s most recognizable figures and gives wonderful insight into Scientology’s role in Cruise’s life, as well as Cruise’s role in making Scientology a name synonymous with celebs and controversy.

Andrew will appear in the 4:00am - 5:00am spot on the show, but as stated above, the show will be archived and will be featured on the WOR website the following morning.

As an aside, there’s been a tremendous amount of discussion about how significant Morton’s book has been to the current trend of anti-Scientology sentiment being expressed on the internet and around the world. Some members of Anonymous feel Morton has co-opted an on-going effort to bring down the Church of Scientology, whereas others feel he was at the very least, an impetus for scrutiny.

There’s no denying the leaking of the infamous Tom Cruise/KSW video was a spark for change, and the CoS’s responded in typical fashion by threatening YouTube and anyone else hosting the video.

I assert, based on my perception that BOTH events, working hand-in-hand with one another are the basis of a positive movement to bring awareness to the numerous and unchecked abuses going on within the Church of Scientology. Morton’s book brought it to the mainstream, Anonymous is now bringing it to the people in an organic and grassroots manner, the way all successful campaigns start.

  1. I personally don’t feel that Morton has very much “inspired” Anons to take the battle. I believe that his book has however helped the public open their minds to what we’ve had to say, however.

  3. It’s not Anonymous but Cruise himself that bring scientology down.
Just do like the ex fighting scientologists: thank him.
He show what it is to be an OT 7.

It is NOT funny, you should not laughs, it is tragic and you should pray for him like other members Tory Christman , Jesse Prince, Michael Pattison, Bruce hine. The last one enrolled and manipulated Cruise, he told it himself.
I never forgave him because he never apologies to Tom in public, even personnaly.
He got out, great, but don’t be that selfish. Take responsability for your crimes now.

FREE TOM. ISABELLA CONNOR AND SURI. PERIOD

I DONT CARE FOR THE GORLDIGGER.

  5. Sumner Redstone: I Want to Be Friends with Tom Cruise

“I didn’t know anything was going to be so explosive,” he said. “What happened was, I just gave an interview to the Wall Street Journal. In the course of it, they asked me what was going on. I said, you know, he would no longer be in the lot. They treated that like I was firing him. I didn’t fire him! I had nothing to do with it. But they treated it explosively. And I didn’t like it.”

  7. The “church” of Scientology brought this on themselves by strong-arming all of Hollywood, much of the press, and countless individuals.

Anonymous people acted on their own, in response to the censorship and litigiousness of the CoS. Many people simultaneously decided that the CoS needed to be taken down a notch for its high-handed methods. As they looked into it more, they realized that “a notch” wasn’t enough — this organization is very, very dangerous.

”Ch’i ‘hu nan hsia pei” goes the Chinese proverb, which The Oxford Dictionary of Proverbs interprets as ”Once a dangerous or troublesome venture is begun, the safest course is to carry it through to the end.” Once Anonymous took the tiger by the tail,
it can’t and won’t let go until that tiger is DOWN.

I do give partial credit to Morton for not abandoning his story for an easier target and one less likely to get him harassed. He obviously encountered many horror stories about what the Cos does to critics or anyone seeking to do more than repeat their BS, yet he kept it up, and took that risk.

He again opened the discussion at breakroom tables and watercoolers, giving other journalists one more “hook” to lead the story with and to help convince their editors to run it.

Now, the dam of negative PR has burst, and the CoS is dying by a thousand papercuts. Good riddance.

  9. I am 50 years old. I have been watching these criminals for many decades. I can’t tell you how happy I am that this sham of an organization, this dangerous crime syndicate called $cientology, is FINALLY being demonstrated against, and will do gown.

If they didn’t have so much to hide, they wouldn’t be so vehement. They expose themselves as frauds every single day with all the threats. Stupid, greedy people.

    Expect us, ahos.
