Amy Winehouse To Be Arrested Today?
UPDATE: Amy has been arrested and is currently in custody.
Maybe, if what I’m reading on the internets is true. She’s in big trouble for headbutting one man and punching another in the face while on a drug and booze-fueled frenzy, and word is the police are gonna come after her:
The troubled singer, 24, is expected to be arrested this afternoon after a 38-year-old man told police in Kentish Town she had allegedly assaulted him in Chalk Farm Road, Camden.
Winehouse, dressed in a Lacoste t-shirt and mini skirt, was driven from her Camden in a state of distress, with her make-up smeared across her face. [..]
The Met inquiry began after it was reported that Winehouse assaulted two people outside a bar early on Wednesday.
She faces up to six months in jail if convicted of assault.
She seems bound and determined that she is going to screw up her life in the most spectacular way possible. What is the old saying…live fast, die young, and leave a good-looking corpse? Well, she’s got two of them down pat anyway, and I’ll leave it up to you to determine which two it is.
Sorry, Amy. I don’t like to see you cry, but come on…if you don’t want to be arrested, STOP TAKING DRUGS. THEY MAKE YOU DO STUPID THINGS. And they make your teeth get all wonky.
In the meantime, hubby Blake Incarcerated-Druggie was caught making googly-eyes at a blonde while attending a hearing in his case:
He did not seem to mind that Winehouse wasn’t there, as he was busy making eyes at a blonde. He sat in the dock alongside fellow defendants Anthony Kelly, James King, Michael Brown and James Kennedy, looking relaxed as prosecutors succeeded in extending his time in custody to 9 June.
Wearing a grey Tshirt and sporting a new haircut, he smiled and winked at a girl in the public gallery.
He mouthed, “You all right, babe?” and “I love you”, and later made a beckoning gesture suggesting she visit him in prison. She also gestured and mouthed back, “I love you, I love you”, but was warned to stop by the court clerk.
Outside court the girl said her name was Sophie Schandorff, 21. “I have known Blake a long time and I will be visiting him in prison,” she said.
You know, from descriptions I’ve read of these particular court proceedings, I get the impression of a crowded, noisy room, kind of like an elementary-school classroom where they teacher has lost control of the students. I may be totally wrong but that’s what I get in my mind’s eye.
I hope Amy doesn’t get wind of this, however. She’ll get her stepstool and headbutt Sophie right in the stomach.

Well, let’s hope Amy doesn’t find better drugs in prison than she did out. Girlfriend needs a break from the smack.

ew she looks like a horse. i didnt like her songs then and i dont like her songs now.
she is 24. she looks like shes 50.
good work on screwing up your life. i wonder what would happen if they sent her off to live at one of the numerous prisons that the CO$ has? would she sober up or go on a killing rampage and help expose the cult for what it truly is?

I’m sorry but did anybody actually listen to her album? Refusing to go to rehab? A song confessing herself to be trouble, admitting to cheating and excessive drinking?

Why the hell are people so shocked by all of this? She’s given us plenty of verbal warning. Back to Black was an incredibly well-crafted and talent-infused cry for help. I’m not be surprised at all.
