Being born into the celebrity hierarchy doesn&#039;t equal not being punished for your crimes. Time will tell if he has truly learned from his bad choices.</description>

		<description>Great article. Agree, agree, agree, especially about the parental culpability. That video shot released of the mother saying how it&#039;s fun to outrun and outsmart the highway cops is proof enough. Interesting in the second shot of him, that his T-shirt has old-fashioned prison stripes on it.

I&#039;m also finding it a disturbing pattern among the parents in these reality families (from the Osbournes to the Hogans and Bruce Jenner), how the father is always saying that his kids are not going to do such-and-such, and then he lets them go right ahead and do it. The cameras seem to have a reverse effect on parents, i.e., parents&#039; IQs are inversely proportional to the nubmers of cameras in front of them. :-(</description>
