On Site Reports From Washington, D.C. Anonymous Protests - Epic Success

Long Cat is so incredibly long it’s like epic or something.

Lots more after the jump from Anongurl in D.C. reporting on behalf of Glosslip! You’re hired!

Ex-CIA Boris Korczak Interviewed By Our New Satellite Glosslip reporter Kaden. AWESOMENESS!

Anongurl reported in some great wins at yesterday’s Anonymous protest, including an appearance from ex-CIA agent Boris Korszak who knows a thing or two about the CoS. Back in March I attended the second protest of Anonymous in D.C. and the people I met were great. Well, except those crazy CoS folks who kept walking around trying to take our picture. Here’s her on-the-scene report:

The 10th was an Epic success. Despite a drop in numbers (Finals, DC101’s Chili Cook-Off and Mother’s Day being possible reasons) we had a very successful protest. We had some great music including some live performances and were graced by Ex-CIA agent Boris Korczak who gave a wonderful speech and even gave an interview for me on behalf of Glosslip.

We arrived around 10am and the legion hadn’t quite showed up yet, we weren’t the first ones there though. There were some delays on the Metro which could why some Anons were late. DC was very friendly towards us this time around. I had a little girl walk by me and she smiled and waved. So I did a simple magic trick for her while I spoke with her father about Fair Game policy and other Scientology abuses. Another informed citizen now walks the streets. :D We had a firetruck honk as well when they passed me and a few other masked Anons.

There was a bit of a problem with the permit but the DC National Park Sergent (who was in full SWAT gear) told the DC Metro police that we did in fact have a permit and so we were all good to go.

Our sound system was late but that was okay. We had something to keep us amused… LONGCAT had arrived. We took Longcat around the protest area like a dragon in a Chinese New Year parade. There was dancing and lulz and a LongCat caek, we also had a non-cake Milhouse Brownies and special cakes for Boris and another Anon who’s birthday was the day before.

Later I got to take the mic and sing 2 songs. An original song called “An UnFair Game” and then an old protest fave, “Still Inside.”

There were some Fair Games and breakdancing and bubbles. We had balloon animal Xenus and airguitars! We reached a lot of people and had a lot of fun.

DC was EPIC WIN.

An original song sung by Anongurl. WOW!

Thanks for the great reporting, hope to see you in July. I’ll bring the cake, you bring the cat who is long.
