I figured curiosity may eventually bring him out to a protest. I certainly wasn’t expecting it so soon though.
I hope he realizes how much it means to all of us for him to show his support like that. It is incredibly motivating.
At the risk of sounding like a total fangirl, he is one beautiful man!

I think I freaked him out a little when I approached him and said, “I think I owe you this man” and gave him a big old hug and a very sincere “welcome home”.

We gave him a couple of the even lanyards from the previous and current raids, which he very much appreciated.

I very much hope that he feels like he’s got a very strong community behind him as well as his decisions to leave this horrible mind raping cult.

I wish he could have stayed a bit longer, but he stated he had just gotten in town and hadn’t eaten. We didn’t hold him any longer. It was nice to have him there as long as we did.

Thank you so much for this coverage. It’s so nice to finally get press in SF for all the work we do. Jason Beghe is such a cool guy and his visit was a complete and uplifing surprise. Check out our thread at Enturbulation for more pics, etc.
