Apparently it is Tarantino week here at GlossLip, what with Harvey Keitel’s birthday yesterday and Tim Roth’s birthday today. That’s fine, because while I found the vinettes with Pumpkin and Honey Bunny in Pulp Fiction annoying (although I recognize their importance to the plot), Mr. Orange was wonderfully nuanced, despite spending much of the movie lying on a warehouse floor covered in fake blood. Plus, the two characters played by Tim and Harvey were central to the theme of the movie, so it’s just right that we celebrate both their birthdays this week.
And you gotta love guys in suits, skinny ties, and sunglasses.
