I am sickened by the conversations between Nick and his family. Obviously they have no remorse and will never take any responsibility upon themselves. It is never easy to visit your kid in jail or prison…I know I have done both. But I always told my son, you do the crime, you do the time. For whatever part John Graziano played in this, he received the ultimate sentence…the living death. Apparently that isn’t enough for some people. Terry and Linda Bollea as parents made some very stupid choices. They continued to allow a very immature son access to cars after excessive speeding tickets. It is apparent that they have never put limits on him and it was inevitable that someone was going to pay with their life. The car is registered in Terry’s name, under his insurance and as Nick is a minor, Terry and Linda as his parents are liable for this..plain and simple. One day Nick will walk out of jail and go home to Mommy and Daddy, drive again and maybe even have his own show…God I hope not. I hope he one day wakes up from what ever comatose fog he is in and takes a good look at himself and his family. He has a chance to turn himself around…John cannot even breathe on his own. For Nick and his family to try and dump all the blame on John is so cheap. Terry and Linda need to remember “so what you shall sow, so shall you reap”. Terry is saying God wanted this? Give me a break. The Bolleas have raised 2 kids who have no education, no limits and no responsibilitys. Like they say, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Now Nick wants another reality show where he can make the most money…..Nick, you need to realize what is reality….the very fact that you were behind the wheel when you lost control while racing from stop light to stop light…and now the man who was once your best friend has a hole in his head the size of a baseball. That is reality.

I do believe John was older than Nick, should have known better, and unfortunately John is living with the consequences of his actions. It is sad that his life has been cut short. But he made a really stupid decision to be involved in street racing.

At the same time, I think that the same characteristics (thrill seeking, risky behavior) are the same characteristics that can make a young man a great soldier/marine.

Nick & family — well, losers doesn’t begin to cover this! To imagine the stupidity of getting on a recorded line and blaming the victim, when Nick was the driver!!! I’m thinking 8 months may not have been long enough to get through that thick skull!

And I think they’ve done a reality show about Nick before — it was something like “Cell Block C”

I’ve heard all the recordings and those Bolleas are just a bunch of idiots on wheels. The mother is living in her own little world and has taught the kids to do the same. Both parents have been too permissive and egotistical in raising the kids and now they are reaping what they sowed. Waa-waa-waa…

There’s nothing venomous about k, she’s one of the nicest, sweetest and most grounded individuals I know. This is why I invited her write here, because she brings much needed wisdom to the world of stupid celebritydom.

As for her “quoting other news sources” if you go to any other celeb site you will find that she and I do WAY more research and add way more value-content to our posts. We are hardly cut and pasters, so I resent the implication.

Also, k’s just a really, really talented writer whom I respect a lot and has supported me and this site during my off-topic tangents, which is incredible gracious of her.
