UK Scientology Critic Arrested For Assault, Video Tells Another Story Though, Fair Game At Play
I am still gathering information about the arrest and charging of Plymouth resident and Scientology critic Stu Wyatt, but the above video shows a 20 minute or so interaction between Stu (who uses a mobility scooter due to issues related to MS) and his friend on June 3rd.
Stu, who has a popular YouTube channel and frequently spends his time and efforts videotaping his protests of local Scientology Org activities, was arrested this morning at his home in Plymouth, UK. According to reports, Stu’s home was raided by police and his equipment and videos were taken and Stu was charged with assault. Details are sketchy (as is the Church of Scientology) but here’s what’s been reported by a member of Anonymous on Enturbulation.org:
Stu was arrested at home this morning for assulting Sandra on June 3rd I have been told by his flat mate. As is typical in such situations we have not been able to contact him and the police will not tell us what is happening or when he will get out.
We believe we know how the assault charge arose however we do not wish to give anything away at this stage.
They have seized all of his video equipment and tapes etc.
To my knowledge this is the first example of hard fairgaming since the protests began in Feb, a testiment to just how much of thorn in Co$’s side Stu was becoming. I would expect Stu would want the protests to go on without him.
Anyone who was in contact with Stu related to either this weekend or this evening (timing eh?) please PM me for updates and I will try to take up any slack. Unfortunately I will not be able to respond to PMs until after 6pm.
I appreciate their may be some well wishers. By the time I will be able to pass on your wishes Stu will be back with us. I have no further information at this time.
Plymouth and other anons who were intending to come this weekend, please make an extra effort, we cannot be seen to back off. Rather we need to be extra vigilant with respect to the law and ensure we do not put a foot wrong.
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY THREATENING CALLS TO THE ORG. Stu would not want this as he saw them as victims too.
We had communicated with Stu recently, after another incident involving members of the Plymouth CoS org, when Stu and his companions had their protest signs stolen. Glosslip was planning an interview with Stu and we hope we will still be able to talk to him despite this flagrant misuse of power on the part of the police, of course, at the behest of the Church of Scientology. The CoS is notorious in their attempts at entrapping its critics with spurious charges and then tying up the legal system with bogus lawsuits.
We will keep you posted on Stu’s situation as we find out more.

It’s perfectly clear form the video that there was no assault here. Typical COS garbage just like they pulled on Mark Bunker.
This just increases the resolve of Anonymous to make the next protest even more epic.

With all of the false accusations that Co$ makes the sillier they look. Do they NOT know that MILLIONS of people have the internet, and that they can’t keep their people isolated forever? The world is learning more about their insidious cult.
What scares me is the fact that when people in control lose that control over their victims they tend to try to tighten their leashes. Think about it - Dave M. is a high school drop-out with no OTHER life. He is charismatic enough to get people on his side and put up with his violence. If my pastor hit me there would be an assault charge.
Message to all of you Scientologists out there: NO NOT DRINK THE KOOL AID!!!!! Oh, and don’t get on Freewinds! (I CAN’T WAIT to see the suits stemming from that! The ship might be in international waters, but it is owned by the church based in LA! I think that the jurisdiction is clear! Let a country with a wonderful track for PUNITIVE DAMAGES sue the money-grubbing cult!) I think it is obvious how much he cares about your money.. I mean you.

Nice way to rile up your critics COS, pressing false charges against a hero right before the next big protest.
I don’t think that COS members follow DM soley because of his “charisma.” He was in the right place when LRH went down, and took control over all the incidents and assets of the COS affiliates, thus, placing him in a position to institute fair game against his COS opponents. He has declared most past high level COS executives SP and imprisons many of them in RPF. I would not put him on par with a Hitler, for example, on the specific point related to charisma, at least. He rules by destroying all people who would oppose him, not by charisma.

Stu is out of custody yes, but he has been orderded to refrain from any contact with a SciCo for 12 months. Therefore others in Plymouth need to take up his banner and place in this fight. His letter to enturb/OCBM lists it all and apparently the assault charge was dropped due to hs video dox. But the pot charges are there. Now if the original arrest warrant was for assault ( so his tapes and recording equipment and puter were confiscated ) can the ganja discovery be admissable as evidence for prosecution on a totaly different tangent here? That is not what was being investigated. Any help here from Dawn’s legal department? How might this play out? Any ideas from anybody out there?

But why raid his house on assault charges alone? (Very odd, although whenever $cientology is involved it seems one is never simply arrested, but rather have their homes torn apart in a “raid”)
Was the pot within plain view when the police came in? If so, it’s likely admissible.
And why is he being ordered to stay away from Scientology for 12 months? I mean besides the obvious fact that the London police seem to be working for $cientology, rather than the citizens of London.

scientology just doesn’t get that even if they somehow managed to get people to stop the pickets on the streets (they can’t) that there will always be people behind the scenes working to bring them down.

See, the fact that the above statement can be understood (somewhat) by a normal, ordinary, rational person that’s done some research, and yet have such a double meaning, shows how easily the Co$ sets itself up for epic footbullets.
The fact that Stu got fucked over, and I mean FUCKED. OVER. by the Plymouth Police for THIS tells me one thing.

We need the common everyman out there in Plymouth to see this and ask them “Hey! You! Does this look right? Some poor guy participating in a peaceful protest wants to speak his mind, gets attacked by these bastards loads of times, and the one time he ACCIDENTALLY hits one of the clams, they get BAWWWWy all over the place, call on the WHAAAAAMBULANCE, and generally act like a bunch of bastards to the point where his RIGHT to protest against a DANGEROUS CULT is taken away? Where they get to SEARCH HIS HOUSE because they STOOD IN HIS FUCKING WAY while he was trying to maneuver his MOBILITY SCOOTER that can only move in a CERTAIN AMOUNT of directions?
I have no words left to describe the Cult of $cientology. I literally cannot think of anything that sufficiently describes their amount of evil, that they would assault a handicapped man and then cry foul when he bumps one of them, and THEY are the ones described as the victims.
