Scientology’s Agreement With IRS Violates The First Amendment Establishment Clause
This video illustrates the complicated, but well-orchestrated efforts by the Church of Scientology to manipulate tax structure of the United States Government. Please pay special attention to the end of this extremely well-done video, as key components of ex-Scientologist Larry Brennan’s May 6th affidavit is stated.
Larry, who may have coined the phrase “religious cloaking” goes on record to reveal a systematic and sustained effort by CoS officials to coerce and infiltrate essential entities of our society for ultimate goal of taking over the world using founder and science fiction writer L. Ron Hubbard’s philosophies and “tech”.

Since when can the IRS overrule the Supreme Court and the U.S. Constitution?
I guess Scientology can overrule both of them.

Thank you for alerting us to this very important video. I was pleasantly surprised to hear the lawyer stammering in her argument against the reasoning of the softspoken matter-of -fact judge. Kudos to the judge for holding so gracefully our 1st constitutional amendment in place. I shall share your link and this video with everyone I know via Fwds.

Anonymous needs to take its protest to the IRS.
This is a huge injustice to the American tax payer & I believe the local news well cover this more then the protests on the ORG’s.

Can I recommend a visite to the website http://www.xenufrance.net, where I’ve posted a large quantity of the docs sent to the IRS by the cult, as well as a number of contracts between the CSI-RTC-CST and the ASI company and other scientology sub-entities? Lots of figures, lies, fabrications, etc.
Also, the salaries from some “FSM” paid by the cult, as well as the salaries of David Miscavige etc.

It’s outrageous that the IRS caved to save itself the inconvenience and expense of fighting off this cult for the American taxpayer.
We, as taxpayers and citizens, are being forced to indirectly subsidize the many illegal acts and subversive behaviors of the cult of Scientology, which holds as its ultimate goal world domination, complete control of the government, and covert infiltration of any and all government agencies that pose any threat to its domination.
Do we offer tax exemption to Al-Qaeda? To terrorist groups? Generally no. Then why the special treatment for a terrorist and fascist organization that uses legal “bombs” rather than explosive bombs?
The cult of Scientology is every bit as dangerous to the people of the world as is Al-Qaeda. It’s as controlling and abusive as the Taliban and is as merciless and bloodthirsty as Sharia law. Were Scientology to achieve its aims, and be able to fully implement the policies of L. Ron Hubbard, any of us who questioned or opposed Scientology would be “disposed of quietly and without sorrow” and society would be considered markedly improved for our absence.
Please, citizens of the world, read what is available to you online, here and through wikileaks (go to enturbulation.org, then forums, then breaking news, then “leaks” for links). The writings are difficult to get through, but it’s essential that we all understand what the upper-level Scientology management intends to do.
For the safety of you, your children, me, and mine, look into it, and DO something about it. Write letters, protests, inform your elected representatives. Something. anything.
Scientology is worse than you think, and not just a harmless, kooky pseudo-religion. It’s a plot for the destruction of every civil right we have, and perhaps our very lives.

Wonderful article, Dawn. In the USA, Scientology has gained despicable advantages as a corporation, masquerading as a religion. In the UK, too, though not seen as a religion, it gets some advantages as a charitable organisation. It’s sick, and it needs to be stopped.
Keep spreading awareness, and we can stop this brainwashing CULT in its tracks. Passive or active resistance, everything will help.
