Angelina Jolie Checks Into Hospital In Nice, France, Holy Births Imminent!
According to an article on Yahoo News, serial baby-adopter and homewrecker, Angelina Jolie has checked into a hospital in Nice, France to give birth to her twins. Angie, and partner Brad, already have four children, Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, Shiloh, 2.
A spokesperson for the hospital claims Angie’s admittance to the maternity wing of the hospital was planned.
Since this is a still developing story, stay tuned for a full-eclipse of the sun and multiple rainbows to break out around the world as a indication that Angie and Brad have added two little bundles to their growing brood.
Good luck Angie, we here at Glosslip hope you and your babies are healthy and well. We also hope you are close to filling that gaping void in your life and the karmic hole you created by breaking up a marriage, so that perhaps now you will finally have enough distractions from your internal guilt to be at peace.

D, I would like to thank you for one thing, and that is being one of the only sources to simply refer to Brangelina’s “four kids” without feeling the need to point out who is adopted and who is not.
I do not come from a family in which anybody was adopted but I feel that this is just so insensitive and rude on the part of all publications, including the BBC.
Other than that, I disagree as always with your and k’s characterizations of Angelina as homewrecker, adopting to fill up a void or cover guilt, etc. etc. Whatever.
Obviously some people took Brad and Jennifer Aniston’s relationship extremely personally and the break up as some sort of personal affront.
If you want to talk homewrecker, why not focus on Julia Roberts - who was really horrible and even wore a T-shirt mocking her (not-yet-husband’s) wife? That was true ugliness, and yet nobody seemed to care about that at all.
I love Brangelina and my heart always lifts when I see their family. I always thought it must be great to have a big family and can see where Angelina & Brad are coming from - people used to have huge familes all the time!

Is Julia Roberts in the news? What has she done lately? Trust me, if I had been writing here at the time all that had happened, I would have said the same things I do about Brad and Angelina.
I can’t stand Julia Roberts either, and if she does anything worthy of writing about I’ll say so.
btw, I agree about the family thing. My dad says the only “steps” in his family are the ones leading to the porch. Everybody gets treated the same.

Well, I suppose you should give thanks every time there’s an excuse to put Angelina into your headline since your number of clicks get a substantial uptick, thereby getting more advertisers, thereby paying for your room & board. But maybe you’re an ingrate.
So, your excuse for not mentioning Julia Roberts’ behavior is because she’s not so much in the news now (btw, Brad & Jennifer divorced 3 years ago - when are people going to move on, like Jen who’s happy with John Mayer?)? So did you bash Julia during the time when her whole triangle drama was happening? Please give me the URL in which you commented on her situation. Did you emphatize with poor Benjamin Bratt who was cheated on? Did you bring out Julia’s habit of serial relationships with her male co-stars, of jilting Kiefer Sutherland & running away with his best man & best friend Jason Patric?
NOTHING against Julia Roberts, I just wanted to point out your hypocrisy & double-standard in personally cutting down Ms. Jolie in an attempt to bring her down to your level. If you were to play fair, every time you accuse Ms. Jolie of being a homewrecker, you would set the context of other Hollywood women being ‘homewreckers.’ It seems men are by definition not ‘homewreckers,’ since they’re not mentioned much by blogs/tabloids/gossip columns/tv entertainment shows.
There are lots of foibles & flaws to go around in the celebrity world & among us ordinary folks. It’s unfair to crucify Angelina because somebody dumped you. Dump on Claire Danes (whom I love as an actress) for whom Billy Crudup left Mary Louise Parker when she was soon to give birth. There are other examples I’m sure you could think of.

Uh, did I not say I wasn’t writing for this site then? In fact, I wasn’t writing anywhere then. In case you didn’t bother to read (which seems to be a running problem with Brad/Angie defenders), I am not D, the person who wrote this. I’m k, and I am another writer here.
I call it like I see it. Read this site, you’ll see that both Dawn and I shoot from the hip and pull no punches. Blazing through the bull, that’s what we do.
And no…we aren’t going to pull up Every. Single. Hollywood divorce. each time we point out Angie’s behavior. That would be pretty pointless. What’s the point?
I might as well ask, what’s your point? That you haven’t read enough of the site to know that we call it like it is, regardless of who it is?
Dawn very well may have written about Julia in the past, I don’t know. I know she calls it just like I do, and is very, very good at it.

I agree with k. Four kids would have been enough without adding more to the batch. I also think that AJ has some kind of obsessive compulsion. She can never do things in moderation. This pattern behaviour that we have seen time and again, both with her past relationships and with her psychotic behaviour.

I like how defensive Brad/Angelina fans get (I refuse to call them by their fused, cutesy name… why must the media give EVERY COUPLE a name?). It’s kind of like how pre-teens defend Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan or even Paris Hilton.
I think the only way I would ever really appreciate Angelina Jolie’s actions would be if she gave up acting to be a mommy and a volunteer in Africa full-time. I know she’d lose all her money after a while, but that’s kind of how it is for most people who do overseas volunteer work anyway. It would certainly show her dedication and sincerity in a way that would make other celebrities fishing for media love look like… uh…. celebrities fishing for media love?
Mostly, I just don’t want to see her emotionless acting, wrinkly sponge lips, and big fake tits in movies anymore. I like Brad Pitt’s butt, so I suggest that he stay in Hollywood to bring home the bacon. Wow, I’d be a huge fan of the couple if they did that.

JOlie is a media monger, plain and simple. Just 5 years ago she was a druggie caught on tape saying she enjoyed killing pet animals in her younger days. SHe is mentally ill and her dad knew that. SHe tried to clean up her act with a humanitarian edge (many have called her out for the PR tactic), as a serious actor (all serious acting roles have bombed), and as a devoted ‘wife’ (lots of speculation re tenmsions in the relationship). What else can she do to project this new image??? Use her rainbow family as a PR tool, get people focused on the rainbow aspect of the clan…to get tongues wagging and slurping up her BS.

The only way the hospital rep would have been able to release private information about Jolie in hospital is if Jolie herself sanctioned it. We hear about celebrities giving birth all the time..but with JOlie and her massive ego, she has to let us all know that she has merely checked into the hospital…to give the paps time to swarm the hospital. She has milked this pregnancy big time…from the mystery of whther she was even pregnant, the drama about twins or not, whther she had given birth or not last month, etc. Everything with her is creating drama.
I think she is really going after the title for most powerful from Time Magazine next year…by keeping her name in the media/tabs!

Can’t fathom how you can put her in the same category as Angelina though. Julia Roberts behaves like a ‘mean girls’ 7th grader.
Never understood why anyone would like her, no depth whatsoever and she was even horrible as the voice of Charlotte in Charlotte’s Web.
As for family size, what would all of you commentators say to huge Catholic families? That they should have stopped after 3 or 4 and are procreating as a result of mental illness? My orthodox Jewish neighbors have seven kids so far. They are so close-knit and lovely, but gee…maybe I should go knock on their door and tell them they should have stopped with #4!

I think there is a huge, huge difference between your neighbor and Angelina Jolie.
There are many, many families who are large, and they had children for the right reasons. Angelina, with her history, has shown time and time again that she is hoarding children for the wrong reasons. It’s a matter of personal history and behavior that must be taken into account. I’m not against large families…my own mom came from a family of ten.
And I told a friend of mine, who has eight children, back when she was pregnant with number six that she really ought to stop…for several reasons, one of the main being that she was having them for the wrong reasons.
Do you remember when Julia married Lyle Lovett? OMG! I felt so sorry for the man!

I honestly don’t remember because I have always completely ignored Julia Roberts. I only found out about the T-shirt thing because of some trashy magazine at a friends’ house.
I don’t recall specifically what made me dislike Julia Roberts in the first place but the T-shirt episode confirmed my instincts and nothing will ever fix that. She is a complete moron, and I really did feel bad for her husband’s first wife.
But see the difference…Julia uses her publicity to mock some poor woman with a T-shirt, Angelina uses her publicity to draw attention to refugees, starvation, orphans, Cambodia, and on and on. Personally, I think she is having a big family for the right reasons. Anyhow it will be very interesting to watch them all grow up and see what happens.

Personally I am opposed to large families. My approach is from an ecological standpoint. More children means more diapers in landfills and more food required to feed a growing population. The world’s food source is rapidly diminishing hence the introduction to GMO type foods. I also think that by focusing on religion as an excuse for harvesting large families, the big picture is being ignored. Religion in general, breeds ignorance on many levels…there would be less problems in the world.

So, if Brad hadn’t done “Mr and Mrs Smith” he and Jennifer Aniston would still be happily married and making babies of their own?
That’s the implication with the word “homewrecker”.
Perhaps I feel strongly about this (though I don’t feel strongly about Angelina Jolie one way or the other) because I was in a very bad and shaky marriage when I met my now-husband. He didn’t wreck anything. The home was falling down around my ears and when the dust cleared, he was still standing there, so I went with it.
It really kind of irritates me to see people immediately assume that anyone in a bad marriage had their “home wrecked” if they end up with someone they met while still married.
Frankly, I don’t know what happened between Angelina and Brad or between Brad and Jennifer, but neither does anyone else, so why go out of your way to make assumptions of wrongdoing and adultery?

The “A Low Vera” shirt did it for me. Seeing the video of her and her nasty-tempered husband parking in a clearly marked handicapped spot didn’t help.
I boycott anything she’s in. I also won’t pay to see Jolie’s movies, I think she’s an awful “actress”. And of course ANYTHING in which a $cientologist appears is off limits. No wonder I rarely go to the movies.

So at least we all agree on one thing: Julia Roberts is scum of the earth. (well, maybe I shouldn’t speak for anyone but myself). Can’t believe she would ever be invited on Oprah, the Oscars, or anything else after such behavior.
Anyhow, I suddenly remember hearing she was offended that Brad Pitt did not want to get involved with her when they starred in some movie together. If that is true, I’m not surprised - Brad has good taste! Have loved him since Thelma and Louise.
Though, don’t think I’ve seen much of anything he’s been in since…

Believe me, SHE’S NOT PREGNANT. This is a GIANT FRAUD being perpetrated for massive PR coverage, not to mention massive payoffs for the ‘exclusive”. And all this for the price of a few prosthetics, just like the ones she has worn in her movies! The photo evidence of her with her everchanging bump, and most particularly the pic of her with her belly on sideways, not to mention those FAKE “bikini” shots on the balcony (all PHOTOSHOPPED; the one of her with the towel is an OLD SHOT from 2002)provides sufficient proof for anyone with a functional discriminative capacity to see what’s going on. Add to that the fact that she’s keeping her PREGNANT ASSISTANT Holly close by(shouldn’t she be back in the USA with her HUSBAND???)suggests that it is HOLLY who will be ‘giving birth”, and this hospital hoo-ha is probably about HER and NOT Jo-LIAR!
It is certainly NOT a stretch to imagine that HOLLY is the SURROGATE for Mangy’s alleged “twins”; I mean who cares about a personal assistant? Is anyone from the tabs going to investigate whether or not HOLLY will return to the USA with her OWN child(ren), or with NO kids but instead a BULGING BANK ACCOUNT full of HUSH MONEY? Some people are just too delusional to even be allowed on the internet. Ms. Vajranagini (now there’s a delusional name if there ever was one) clearly lives in a world of her own vision - seeing things she wants to and refusing to see things she doesn’t want to.
For reasons all too clear to those of us of an advanced age and with real life experience women like Angelina Jolie tend to bring out the worst in some women. They think they “know” her and everything about her when obviously they don’t. Everything she does is allegedly evil and selfish and wrong. A look in the mirror is what is needed for these women. But mostly they just need to grow the eff up and stop trashing other women. Until you can walk in her shoes you don’t know her.
