BlogTalkRadio/GlossLip Exclusive: The Darius McCrary/Karrine Steffans Battle Heats Up, Now With Photographic Evidence And Radio Interview
Listen to Exclusive Radio Interview With Darius McCrary conducted today just prior to his court appearance today.
Sources revealed exclusively to Glosslip and BlogTalkRadio photos from surveillance equipment which allegedly shows Karrine Steffans, the estranged girlfriend of actor Darius McCrary (”Family Matters,” Transformers) attacking his car, despite her previous testimony which stated he backed over her and ran over foot with his car.
This evidence flies in the face of what was reported on TMZ on June 6th. From the initial report:
WHAT SHE SAID
According to his estranged girlfriend, self-proclaimed “Video Vixen” Karrine Steffans, he assaulted her on several occasions — the most recent just yesterday when she says he tried to run her over with his car.
Steffans tells TMZ that she’s known McCrary, who played Eddie Winslow on the show, for nine years, and lived with him “as husband and wife” for just under a year. In August of 2007, Steffans, whose real name is Karinne Stephens, filed a police report claiming McCrary choked her “til she passed out.”
The case went to the L.A. City Attorney, but was dropped after Karrine admits she lied to protect McCrary. “I didn’t want him going to prison,” she tells us, “so I told them I was drunk and didn’t remember what happened.” And it doesn’t stop there!
Steffans says it got heated again last week after she kicked McCrary to the curb for not pulling his weight around the house. Steffans’ son then “had an emotional breakdown” after not seeing McCrary for several days, so Steffans says she went to find her ex — to talk. She claims he was calm at first, but then became irate, getting into his car and backing towards her and hitting her. McCrary then sped off, running over her foot. She filed a police report hours later, and says she’s working on getting a restraining order.
Then on June 9th, Darius fought back against these allegations, and filed his own restraining order against Karrin. TMZ had that story as well:
WHAT HE SAID
In a restraining order filed against Karrine, Darius says he didn’t hit her with his car — she “jumped on the trunk of my car and then the roof of my car. She started beating my vehicle and windows.” It says she then attempted to get into the car by breaking the windows “with her fist.”
It doesn’t stop there.
In another incident, Darius claims Karrine “slapped me so hard that she hit a bystander.”
Other claims: multiple accounts of stalking, damage to property to the tune of $3,500 — and more physical and verbal abuse.

Karrine claimed she went looking for Darius, after not seeing him for several days and becoming concerned. Darius claims she stalked him a recording studio where he’s been recording a new album.
PHOTOS DON’T LIE
Glosslip and BTR received stills of what appears to support Darius’ claims, showing what Darius alleges to be Steffans (listen to above radio show for more details), jumping on McCrary’s car and trying to smash his windshield with her fist in a fit of rage. Darius claims she caused close to $3000 in damage to his car. At a court hearing today in Los Angeles, McCrary plans to submit the above surveillance footage into evidence to support his request for a permanent restraining order against his former girlfriend Karrine Steffans.
Karrine Steffans could not be reached for comment.

This was a really goosd show, Dawn. Kudos for giving Darius McCray a platform to show the proof and have his say. I pray it all works out so they can move on with their lives.

Darius should know when he went out with the self proclaimed oral sex video vixen what he was in for . He claimed that Bobby Brown warned him about her, Lord knows if Bobby Brown can warn any body about anything, you need to probally listen since Bobby has been around the block more than one time. The vixen said that Darius left home and did not return so went to look for him and also said he had did this before. Please she calim her son was devasted and had a nervous breakdown when Darius did not come home, get real did this kid breakdown when his own father left him and his mother. Who in ther right mind is having all that oral sex just to be in a cheap a++ video, while the men get riiche and this skank get older and sillier. Her son have seen a breakdown until he get older and realize mommy was having oral sex with the entire music (rap) community. Happy Day poor kid will be tortured to the day he dies because his mother and her books. Book one the confession about being a oral sex tramp, book two including a man she claimed she loved and ran over her foot. All in Sister Sister magazine talking about she is trying to get Darius to go to therapy (family therapy) no she need to go with her son by her darn self, this woman is a stone idiot for cheap. Oh I still love Darius and I could have stayed with Lil Wayne good lord she really stepped when she left LIL Wayne and dated Darius. Darius they said the rumor that you had AIDS and you said you dont and you are not bisexual or gay, but remember keep seeing video sex vixens and you might have to change the rumors to yes you do have something a doctor can not cure. She nned to seek help and stop confessing to being a woman who go down on men her son after all has to grow up and here all about mommy dearest.
