I hope Jeff gets a chance to sign in and tell us about the search. Disappointment that only 1500
searchers showed up and they need food and water donated. Terrain also reported to be still very swampy and still a lot of water. Tim Miller states that any remains would be skeletal so could be easy to miss. Search resumes again tomorrow. If nothing is found TES probably will not come back again. If nothing is discovered then only Casey can unlock this mystery and I dont think she will ever talk. Lets hope something turns up tomorrow.

Cindy Anthony Threatens Web Site Owner

As the entire nation gives their heart towards the sympathy of Caylee & her family, Cindy continues to make America question her state of mind. I personally find it harder & harder to be thoughtful to her feelings considering.

What are you gonna say if she is found this weekend? More maneuverings away from the facts & truth I suppose.

Good Morning all!
Noelle (my fiancee) and I are headed out right now to meet up with the rest of the searchers!!!
We will be covering a 25 square mile area along with up to 5000 other searchers from 36 states!! There are helicopters, horses, ATV’s ect… We have both, great hopes of finding Caylee as well as great fears of finding her. Lets all hope that one way or another, this search is successful. I will write in tonight or tomorrow about the details (unless of course if we are told otherwise. Don’t want any media leaks!!!!) And as I said before, I will be posting pics on my myspace site. Take care all.

Reports today are that from 3000 to 5000 volunteers
are going to search for Caylee. If she really is
dead, please let them find her and bring her home
so she can be laid to rest in peace and so her
family and all of us who care about this little girl
can start to have some closure. Caylee to me is
symbolic of all the lost children that dont get all
the publicity and attention that they deserve,
but maybe because of her, more people will volunteer
to help to find the lost and abandoned.

Cindy Anthonys statement released today regarding
the defense attorneys statements:

“I feel that a good attorney will plan for the worse case scenario and hope for the best. I know that Casey’s attorneys know that she is innocent, but they cannot ignore how the media has already spun the facts and convicted her.

“Casey has been severely attacked by the media since she was first arrested, and anyone would be a fool to ignore that. All of the negative spin has done her an injustice. Just look at what it has done for poor Caylee. The media already has given up on looking for this child, when there is simply no credible or concrete evidence to prove that she is dead.

“The defense and the family will never give up on looking for Caylee. We continue to believe she is alive, and so should everyone else who has a conscience. I would ask anyone to ask themselves just how quick would they stop looking for someone that they loved?” end Statement

Casey Anthony’s attorneys have claimed little Caylee was simply missing. But in a 30-page document to prosecutors, the defense argued if Caylee is dead then it was almost certainly an accident. The change may be a possible attempt to spare their client from the death penalty.

In the late nineteen-thirties, an American psychiatrist named Hervey Cleckley began collecting data on a certain kind of patient he encountered in the course of his work in a psychiatric hospital in Augusta, Georgia. These people were from varied social and family backgrounds. Some were poor, but others were sons of Augusta’s most prosperous and respected families. Cleckley set about sharpening the vague construct of constitutional psychopathic inferiority, and distinguishing it from other forms of mental illness. He eventually isolated sixteen traits exhibited by patients he called “primary” psychopaths; these included being charming and intelligent, unreliable, dishonest, irresponsible, self-centered, emotionally shallow, and lacking in empathy and insight.
“Beauty and ugliness, except in a very superficial sense, goodness, evil, love, horror, and humor have no actual meaning, no power to move him,” Cleckley wrote of the psychopath in his 1941 book, “The Mask of Sanity,” which became the foundation of the modern science. end quote
The above description is very much like Casey Anthony.
A genetic component may mean that she was born that
way, and possibly also with an environmental trigger
of a controlling mother and rather distant father.
But who can say for sure? I watched Nancy Grace
Padilla seems sure that some remains will be found.
Im not so sure. I read a lot of the released documents. George Anthony it seemed to me from his
interviews, suspected Caylee was dead. Cindy lied
about the stain in the back of the trunk of the car
saying it had been there from the time they bought the car for Lee years ago. Neither Cindy or George
have taken polygraph tests, which is something which
was reported that they had done. Nejame blamed them
not taking polygraphs on Cindys medication – but FBI agent from the panel said you could still take one even if on medication. What more could the Anthonys
be hiding? That car that smelled so bad how
did Casey Anthony drive around in it without the smell getting on her clothes? Surprise! George
Anthony doesnt like Jose Baez and questions his
motives – wants to know where Casey got $5000.00
to hire him initially, if indeed he was paid.
Nejame said tonight Anthonys have been paid no money
for any videos or pictures used in the media.
A motion for a gag order has been initiated against
defense council and Anthonys stating that Baez basically has become a publicity hound and that
the Anthonys use the media as a “pulpit” to sway
public opinion. Yeah, but which way – they dont seem
to be doing a good job in favor of Casey. Kobilinsky
who has been hired by Baez also was blased by the gag order. Nejame and Nancy Grace got into a real battle
on the air tonight. Nejame called Padilla “PT Barnun”
Padilla shot back that Barnun made money from
his most famous act which was Tom Thumb! could he
be referring to Mr. Nejame’s rather diminutive size?
One thing Padilla got right, this case is a
CIRCUS!

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — New documents were released Thursday in the case against Casey Anthony that reveal what George and Cindy Anthony told investigators in the hours and days after Caylee Anthony was reported missing.

The State Attorney’s Office released 700 pages of new documents in the case Thursday and they show that George Anthony told investigators he felt something was wrong from the very beginning. The documents focus a lot on interviews George and Cindy Anthony did with sheriff’s deputies.

When sheriff’s investigators questioned Casey’s father George nine days after Caylee was reported missing, George told them he had “bad vibes” the very first day he got his car back and smelled the smell in the trunk, a smell, he said as a former law enforcement officer, he knows and would never forget.

Casey’s father George told investigators, “I don’t want to believe that I have, have raised someone and brought someone in this world that could do something to another person. I don’t want to believe that.”

George also told them, “I, I, I believe that there’s someone dead back there and I hate to say the word human. Um, I hate to say that.”

George told them, when he opened the trunk of the car, he said to himself, “Please don’t let this be my Caylee.”

But Thursday, Cindy told Eyewitness News she’s holding on to hope.

“No one’s brought me a body. No one’s proven that she’s dead. I’m not gonna give up on someone that I love that easy. And if I did, then what kind of person would I be? I’m not that person,” she said (full interview).

But George also told sheriff’s investigators that the very first night they found out Caylee was missing, Cindy told him, “We lost her. We lost her.” When he asked who, she said “Caylee.”

George also told investigators his daughter Casey lives on the edge, that she takes things as far as she can take them and then she piles on more. He said they caught her in lies about work and money and said she’s really good with computers.

Casey spent the Tuesday through Saturday around the 4th of July with Amy Huizenga, her former best friend. She told Amy that Caylee was at the beach with the nanny and with Cindy, but no one’s met the nanny.

Amy also told investigators that Casey made up a story that she saw Amy counting money while she was sound asleep. Amy later figured out that $400 was missing and never could find it.

Not only did Casey Anthony lie to her family, friends and investigators, George says she lied to her attorney Jose Baez. She told him she had $5,000, even though she didn’t and then she told him that he’d get the rest after she gets out of the situation.
