What Madonna REALLY Looks Like Without The Smoke And Mirrors
Some un-doctored, un-photoshopped pics of Madonna have leaked to the internet from a photoshoot she did for her Hard Candy album. As you can see, this is NOT the kind of thing Madonna wants the public to see. Unlike all those airbrushed, professional shots we are used to seeing, this is the real Madonna, and it’s kind of a shock to see considering the lengths she goes to in order to protect her “image.”
Madonna turned 50 this year. That’s a milestone I’d say, half a century, five decades of being a crazy attention-craving star — no small feat to still be an iconic sex-symbol at 50. But at some point, even Madonna’s going to have to throw the towel in and call it a day. She can’t be a sex-kitten forever. Eventually, even kittens grow up to be crotchety, arthritic old pusses, and Madonna’s no different.
I know some 50-year olds. Some look really great, some look a little less than stellar and most just look their age. A few wrinkles here, a few aches and pains, but no worse for wear.
To be fair, Madonna looks pretty good for her age, her REAL age, with her REAL face, without the smoke and mirrors, she does NOT however, look younger than 50, as she clearly wishes she did. And what this tells me is no matter how much you spend on beauty products, plastic surgery, specially blessed Kaballah or 3-hour a day killer workouts, you are what you are.
Madonna, embrace your age and come to terms with it. It’s good to be 50 — it certainly beats the alternative.

Going by looks alone, I’d say she’s pretty hot. But then personality is an important component of hotness, and on that she scores rather poorly in my books.

Leave her alone. Her face may look it’s age, but her body is still in better shape than most of the 18-25 year olds I see on college campuses nation wide! Stop hating!

I think this photo shows her age the most. And I don’t think it’s really bad, either. I think she would look great if she played up the weathered look a little. I thought the photos done for her Hard Candy album looked really plastic and weird.
I think she’s got too many muscles mixed in with her loosening skin to be sexy anymore. She should push the tough look and go all GI Jane on her next show. I think that look would work for her.

This photo really shows her age. I think she should embrace her age… she’d look good as the wisened pop star. I think she should also go for a GI Jane look– because she’s tough, not sexy these days. I think it would work if on her next tour she dropped down out of a helicopter weilding a machete and a machine gun. Very Rambo, very Madonna.

Those only who won’t get older should stand up and throw the first stone! Otherwise just shut the fuck up! Don’t tell me not to like someone, listen to her music, watch her shows because she is 50 yrs old! Big fucking deal! Arrogant assholes!

Errr, that’s not her real face, meaning, she’s had a facelift, botox, probably cheek implants, etc. She does look very good for a woman of fifty, yes, but she’s a multi-millionaire woman of fifty who has had extensive plastic surgery, so it’s no surprise.

I agree w/RunDMS – it’s what inside that’s scary. But I also think it comes through in her eyes – she looks desperate, as always. Madonna can’t cut it with people unless she is paying or controlling them. One of these years her kids will be truly horrified when they wake-up to what she’s all about.

It’s okay to age people! That beins said this is not a great picture of her, I’ve been fortunate enough to meet her in person several times in video shoots and let me tell she’s a very beautiful woman. She doesn’t look 50, she looks much younger in person because she has very good skin and her body is petite but in great and I mean great shape. And actually she’s been pretty nice to the crew too… she’s funny and likes to entertain people.

I think she looks spectacular. I hate how the photoshopped look has become standard. I cannot see, why anything except that one massive pimple or the photographer’s reflection in the eyes have to be ’shopped at all. The first photo on D-listed, where the cross turns to the camera is perfect for a CD-cover. I hate this extensive photoshoppery, really.

I’m really surprised that so many people are shocked by these pictures or even more so that they think M looks 50 in them … granted she doesn’t look like she’s 20 .. but then neither would a 20 year old if placed under harsh studio lights and shot in high definition … I mean if you look at these pictures you can see her skin texture ,tiny lip-lines – It’s hyper—hyper aging hence why magazine and promo pics , irrespective of the subjects age, are airbrushed ( admittedly I think too much for societies ) . High definition dramatizes imperfections and makes one look 10 ,or more, years older than you look in real life – Fact!! –
I really think that the people who have an issue with them should go out ..buy a high definition camera – position themselves under studio lights ( not the loving flash that blurs out imperfections) and fire away … Maybe when they see how shockingly bad they look under-such conditions ( and they will be shocked) they’ll come to understand how amazing Madonna looks here under same conditions
