Scientology front group CCHR, Citizens Commission On Human Rights have finally found the cause of the terrorist attacks on the U.S. on September 11: psychiatrists. I knew it!
Scientology’s misguided attempt to “obliterate psychiatry” has sunk to a new low by linking their pseudo-science to fundamentalist Islamic groups who use terror to further their cause. Counterknowlege.com sums it up pretty concisely (found via LGF.)
In the second clip President of CCHR International (and surely a star in some sort of Scientology panto, ‘The Psychiatrist Terrorist: He’s Behind You’?) Dennis Clarke confidently describes Zawahiri as “[bin Laden’s] psychiatrist, that’s his doctor, that’s his therapist, that’s… [dramatic pause] the guy who runs him.”
Neither Figueroa nor Clarke seems overly worried about the fact that Zawahiri is in fact an eye-surgeon and not a psychiatrist, that there is absolutely no evidence for what they’re saying, nor that religious violence predates psychiatry by, oh, several thousand years.
Yep, that last sentence says it all. Smoke and mirrors people, smoke and mirrors.

We need Cruise, Travolta and Kirstie to hold a press conference, informing the world of “the psychs” involvement in 9/11, WWII, crucifixion of the mind-implanted Jesus, and other important Scientology issues that could SAVE THE PLANET! They are the authorities of the mind, and how can they keep secret this information widely held by members of their applied religious philosophy. I thought they were here to “help,” when all it seems they can do is lie and hide, and sell their wild and wooly wooligion as if it were brainwashing money scam.

Honestly, this kind of paranoid version of reality that the Scientologist live in is reminicent of bad end of the world Sci-fi movies and is more terrifying then just about anything else they do. Dealing with a criminal or an abuser is clear cut. Dealing with someone who has no grasp on reality is frightening.

“Citizen’s Commision on Human Rights”. A misnomer if ever there was one. Is this “commision” concerned with children being sold as slave labor or for protistution? No.
How about the forced circumcision of women in various parts of the world? No.
Girls who have acide thrown in their faces for the gross sin of trying to get an education? No.
How about those who are subjected to torture because of their political views? No again.
The list could go on and on. This phony “comission” doesn’t give a rat’s ass about anyone’s “human rights”, their only goal is to smear psychiatry in an effort to legitimize their criminal cult. Ironic coming from $cientology, with its prison camps, forced abortions and children used as slave labor.

If you make the effort to explore Zawahiri’s education you’ll find his degrees include surgery. And Psychology. And similar. Wikipedia says so, books written about him describe him as a psychiatrist.

* “his degrees include surgery” — true, but absolutely unrelated to the subject under discussion.
* “his degrees include … Psychology. And similar.” — I’ve never encountered anyone claiming he has a degree in psychology before. In fact, I haven’t even been able to find any reliable source for the claim that he studied psychology as the Church of Scientology claims.
* “Wikipedia says so” — and anyone who knows anything about Wikipedia knows that it is not a reliable source and doesn’t claim to be one. When it is at its best Wikipedia is merely collating information from other sources that are reliable. If a propagandist manages to slip bad information into Wikipedia without it being detected, that doesn’t magically turn it into good information — and in point of fact, the person who inserted into the article about al-Zawahiri the claim that he had studied “Psychology. And similar”, without citing it to any sort of reliable source, was in fact a dedicated Scientologist who later ended up being unanimously prohibited by Wikipedia’s Arbitration Committee from editing any Scientology-related articles — and later banned from Wikipedia entirely for dishonestly trying to sneak back under a new username.

L. Ron Hubbard was a sci fi writer and also founder of the largest criminal terrorist group based out of the United States. So should we hate on all sci-fi authors?
Just because that guy has some psychiatry training doesn’t mean all psychiatrists were behind 9/11. This is why Scientology needs to be stamped down. They are seriously nuts, but they have enough money to be seriously dangerous. It is long past time that the US government dealt with this terrorist organization of liars and killers in it’s own back yard.

# 10 Very well written! This guy unanimous and Terryeo both got banned from Wiki. And I’ve seen them wail on people for using “a stupid site” like Wiki as a reference. Yet on the net, not just here, Wiki is the only place they can reference this bullsh*t 911 theory. But I’m sure they get told that from the COS and they’ll believe it without one thought. It’s ugly how they take something so general, like he studied psycology and turn it into psychiatry is responsible for 911. Not Bin Laden? That mind set is so tiny. The COS reminds me of the book Lord Of The Fly’s. They are so deeply rooted in conspiracy and paranoia. I know that the future will not be kind to these lonely people. And I say lonely because it must be a small existance to only associate with people who act, speak, and believe exactly like yourself. Where your friends and fellow members are allowed to police you and required to write up information reports on your behavior and ethics to your own church. Wheres the real trust? Sick, sad and a lonely life indeed. I bet their faces hurt behind those forced faked smiles. How do these Scientology nutters who comment on this site think we have any respect for their opinion when they clearly have none for themselves? They are a dwindling bunch and will soon be dismantled.
