You know it is that herpalicious celebutard herself, Paris Hilton, out celebrating her birthday yet again and engaging in a little PDA (which culminated in community BARF).  Seeing this makes me wonder if they make tongue condoms.

And just who is she snogging?  According to “sources” *coughGooglecough*, it’s Doug Reinhardt, who appears on The Hills.  Ah, no wonder I’ve never heard of him.

And just what did he get her for her birthday?

What do you give a hotel heiress who has everything, including 17 dogs?

A puppy, of course!!!

Paris Hilton’s newest man, “The Hills” star Doug Reinhardt, gave his new girl a teacup Pomeranian puppy for her 28th birthday.

It should have been a clue when she was photographed holding a pom puppy recently.

That was probably the one Doug reportedly spent 10 grand on.

Now there’s another boost to Japan’s economy. [...]

But that’s not all Doug gave her. 

“He probably got me more presents than any guy ever,” Paris told People before a belated birthday bash Saturday night at the Hard Rock Hotel’s Body English in Las Vegas. “He’s sweet.”

And that’s not all she gave him.  Zing!

But srsly.  She needs another dog like…well, like she needs another dog.
