Scientologists John Travolta And Kelly Preston To Be Interviewed At Shriver’s Women’s Conference

travoltapreston011

Maria Shriver, wife of Arnold Schwarzenegger, who I have always referred to as Skeletor, is having her annual Women’s Conference in Long Beach Ca. this October.

She has asked John Travolta and Kelly Preston to attend the conference and participate in a panel entitled “Grief & Resilience”.  The panel will also include Elizabeth Edwards and Susan St. James, who’ve all lost teenage sons in tragic accidents. This is the first interview that Travolta and Preston have agreed todo since the death of their son this past December. It was recently reported that Travolta was too distraught to promote his latest movie, so perhaps this conference will help them come to terms with their son’s death a bit.

I am not going to get into my personal views which are shared by many about the death of their 16-year old son Jett. Let’s just say the circumstances surrounding his death are beyond questionable and it left many very important questions unanswered. Most especially, that their Scientology beliefs have a lot to do with unscientific unproven methods which they used in the treatment of Jett’s condition while he was alive and their stance on psychiatric drugs.

Some of the unanswered questions are, why would they hire two untrained men to care for their special needs son, why weren’t these two people questioned or interviewed yet, what was the reason they flew to the Bahamas to have a sixty person party when their son was having grand mal seizures, and why was there such a the quickie autopsy? There are many other unanswered questions surrounding their son’s death, but these are top on MY list.

Travolta did admit that his son was autistic in a police report, even though he previously said that his son had Kawasaki Syndrome. But according to the National Enquirer, this past June, he told the police his son was autistic:

”On Monday 29 December 2008 I travelled to Grand Bahama Island. I was accompanied by my wife Kelly Preston, my son Jett Travolta, my daughter Ella Travolta, Eli Wheaton, Jeff Kathrein and others. We stayed at town houses at Old Bahama bay, Grand Bahama. My son Jett suffered from a seizure disorder and he was autistic.

So perhaps someday, if Scientology loosens its death-like grip on its members, all these questions will be answered. Back in 2007, Travolta and Preston were also present at a fund raiser for Narconon Hawaii. Hawaii is Preston’s native home. Narconon is a front group of Scientology as well as and the CCHR (The Citizens Commission On Human Rights), which they both highly support. Sadly, there are many Scientology front groups in which unsuspecting people have given donations to, due to the fact that they had no idea that these groups had Scientology ties. Unfortunately cities and towns who have not done their homework have funded these front group’s programs and continue to fund them with their tax payer’s dollars!

Front groups such as Criminon, Drug Free Marshalls and Second Chance  have all received financial help from tax payer’s money.

Kristey Alley and Kelly Preston on Right

Kirstey Alley and Kelly Preston on Right at Psychiatry Protest

The CCHR does not believe that mental illness is a disease and they believe that all aspects of psychiatry are evil and destructive. They are against psychiatric drugs, and launch huge campaigns against the two. But there are many more disturbing facts within this organization. The CCHR has a department called The Office of Special Affairs aka OSA, whose main job is to dig up dirt on critics and psychiatrists and pry into and expose their personal lives and they use illegal means to obtain the information. Their big enemies are psychiatrists, Scientology critics and of course all aspects of the media. They have a Fair Game policy, which is very much alive and in use today — and carried out ruthlessly. Many victims of Fair Game have been brought forward in court, and more will continue.
Scientology Founder L. Ron Hubbard wrote:

”A person may be deprived of property or injured by any means by any Scientologist without any discipline of the Scientologist. May be tricked, sued or lied to or destroyed” October 1967 Policy Letter (HCOPL 18 Oct 67 Issue IV, Penalties for Lower Conditions.

Scientology members believe that psychiatry is responsible for the holocaust. They actually have a traveling exhibit called Psychiatry Industry of Death. I kid you not. If you are in the California area, you can go visit the permanant exhibit there. But word of caution, don’t bring the kids. It is not the kind of exhibit you would want young children to see, with all their morbid displays and holocaust pictures.

Now this upcoming Women’s Conference interview with Travolta and Preston must have Scientology a tad nervous to say the least. Usually all questions are known before hand when it comes to any Scientologist agreeing to an interview. Scientology likes to keep a complete handle on what will be asked and what the answers will be. All as part of the control they have over their members ability to speak freely.

A snippet from the Associate Press said:

“Shriver said she will interview Preston as part of a panel on grief, along with Elizabeth Edwards and actress Susan Saint James, whose teenage sons were killed in accidents. The panel will be the only session not broadcast on the Internet.

“All three of them lost sons. All are at different stages of the grief,” Shriver said.

Although it is doubtful that Scientology will be discussed at all in their interview, I would think the fact that they are talking openly about their continued grief for their son would be a red flag to Scientology. Why? Because Scientology’s beliefs on human emotions, are far from what other people believe in. While most people, doctors, and psychiatrists would agree that grieving is necessary in order to help the healing process begin after a loved one has passed, Scientology looks at grieving as a weakness, and should be handled and audited out on their e-meter, which is nothing more than a lie detector. Cult followers have been convinced that this lie detector can audit out any problems you may have. You may ask how is this possible? Simple. IT’S NOT. But cult followers are willing to fork over hundreds of thousands of dollars for hours and hours of continual auditing simply because they were convinced that this “machine” is one of the answers to all their problems.

Emeter AKA "The Cans"

Emeter AKA "The Cans"

So what are Scientology’s views on death? Scientology believes that a person only ”drops their meat body”, and that a person can come back in many different lives several times.  (A little something that Hubbard stole from Buddhism). Scientology has never made a big deal of death, and tries to suppress the normal emotions associated with it. I would imagine that Scientology sent “handlers” to Travolta and Preston right after Jett’s death, to try to keep the PR at a minimum, and to curtail their grief as much as possible. Grieving is a normal emotion and greatly needed (to a certain extent) in order to get on with your life after a tragedy. But grieving to Scientology is a big no-no. Why?

Grief is considered VERY low on the Scientology Tone Scale.  According to Scientology, grief only has a rating of only 0.5, regret being a negative 1.3, and sympathy a rating of only 0.9! So it seems that Travolta and Kelly would be in real trouble here. The Tone Scale which was of course made by Scientology quack, founder L. Ron Hubbard, hasn’t any scientific value or any valid research behind it, and it is very harmful to Scientology members who follow it. Stifling normal human emotions can be very detrimental to someone’s mental health. It also doesn’t make any sense. The Tone Scale has 80 increments which are numbered from -40 (total failure) to +40. For instance, sympathy is listed on the Tone Scale as 0.9, but on the other hand, feeling NO sympathy on the Tone Scale is a 1.2, right under resentment and hate.

tone-scale-grief2

Soooo…if you are feeling sympathy, it’s not a good thing, but if you have no sympathy, it’s not that much higher on the scale. HUH? Be sure to click the link above and read the many different emotions on the Tone Scale, it will leave you scratching your head and it’s very entertaining. Even more disturbing about the Tone Scale, comes from the words of it’s creator, L. Ron Hubbard. In his OWN words:

“any person from 2.0 down on the tone scale should not have, in any thinking society, any civil rights of any kind, because by abusing those rights they bring into being arduous and strenuous laws which are oppressive to those who need no such restraintsand “There are only two answers for the handling of people from 2.0 down on the tone scale, neither of which has anything to do with reasoning with them or listening to their justification of their acts. The first is to raise them on the Tone Scale by un-enturbulating some of their theta by any one of the three valid processes. The other is to dispose of them quietly and without sorrow. Adders are safe bed-mates compared to people on the lower bands of the tone scale.”

Ok then, well I guess Hubbard would have considered snakes as safer bed-mates than Travolta and Preston? And since they would be considered so low on the tone scale because they are still grieving for their son, (and rightly so) according to Hubbard’s words, they should be disposed of  without sorrow?

It’s these beliefs that Travolta and Preston must be struggling with. They probably are suffering some real inner turmoil about the death of their son and Scientology. And if they aren’t, then they should be. But is this turmoil enough for them to step away from Scientology?

One can only hope. Maybe Travolta and Preston are ready to leave Scientology. Maybe they will announce it at the Conference. Wouldn’t that be a glorious day? Not only for them, but for all of us who would like to see everyone leave this insidious cult. It would send a huge message to other Scientology celebrities as well as all Scientology followers. But Travolta has been in Scientology since 1975.  He is FULLY “conditioned“. My hopes are that they do not try to further Scientology’s agenda by telling people at the Conference how much Scientology helped them after their son died. I would tend to think that if they did, it would go over like a lead balloon, especially wtih all the negative publicity they both have recieved after their son died as well as Scientology.

People can attend this conference and get a chance to hear what they are going to say. Apparently they are selling tickets to this Women’s Conference, and they go on sale July 13th for the event in October. Boy would I like to be a fly on the wall for that conference. If anyone goes, please record it!

More information on this Women’s Conference from the Associated Press:

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Maria Shriver’s annual women’s conference has always been an A-list affair, and this year’s event is no different.

Cindy McCain, Elizabeth Edwards, Katie Couric, former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and actress Kelly Preston are among the featured speakers. But the guest likely to draw the most attention is a relative newcomer to the media spotlight — reality TV personality Kate Gosselin.

California’s first lady says she invited the star of TLC’s “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ at the suggestion of her teenage daughters who watch the show.

The invitation was sent five months ago. That was before Gosselin announced that she and her husband, the parents of 5-year-old sextuplets and 8-year-old twins, were splitting after 10 years of marriage.

“I think her life has certainly changed dramatically, but so be it,” Shriver told The Associated Press on Wednesday in a telephone interview. “I think that’s the beauty of this conference — to have Madeleine Albright and Kate Gosselin at the same place.”

Gosselin’s speaking role will be relatively minor. She will have 15 minutes on a small stage at a fair where she will be selling her book, “Eight Little Faces: A Mom’s Journey.”

Shriver described Gosselin as “a real interesting girl” who is facing the challenge of raising eight children and coping with “a lost marriage.”

Laurie Goldberg, a spokeswoman for the TLC show, declined to comment about Gosselin’s decision to attend Shriver’s forum.

The show is on hiatus until Aug. 3 so the family can “regroup,” according to the network. When it returns this fall, Jon Gosselin has said the show will portray the couple’s new arrangement, in which the children live at the couple’s sprawling Pennsylvania home while the parents alternate their stays.

Shriver’s conference, to be held Oct. 26-27 in Long Beach, has become an annual showcase of women’s issues and success stories.

This year’s guest list includes well-known women from the world of politics, sports and entertainment, including Olympic swimming champion Dara Torres and race car driver Danica Patrick.

Preston has agreed to be interviewed for the first time about the deathofher16-year-old son with husband John Travolta. Both actors have kept low profiles since Jett Travolta died following a seizure in January.

Shriver said she will interview Preston as part of a panel on grief, along with Elizabeth Edwards and actress Susan Saint James, whose teenage sons were killed in accidents. The panel will be the only session not broadcast on the Internet.

“All three of them lost sons. All are at different stages of the grief,” Shriver said.

The women’s conference began 20 years ago under former Gov. George Deukmejian to help female small-business owners. Shriver has turned it into a star-studded affair and her signature event as first lady.

Past guests have included exiled Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama, U2 frontman Bono, financial guru Suze Orman and Martha Stewart.

The event also has drawn controversy. In 2004, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger was criticized after he mocked nurses who unveiled a protest banner during his speech, prompting him to remark that special interests didn’t like him “because I’m always kicking their butts.” He later acknowledged that he should not have made the comment.

Schwarzenegger, who as governor has struggled to win approval for many of his reforms, also is scheduled to speak at this year’s conference, titled “Architects of Change.” Shriver said her husband many politicians, business owners and nonprofit groups, are facing tough challenges trying to deal with a national recession.

“There isn’t a policy leader in this country at any level that isn’t having a challenging time,” Shriver said. “To single out Arnold as having a challenging time is not factually correct.”

Tickets for the main forum range from $125 to $200 and go on sale July 13.

Associated Press Writer Juliet Williams contributed to this story.

Now a bit off topic, but…..I would kick myself if I didn’t mention that Kate Gosselin was also asked to be part of the conference.
What was Maria thinking?  She  invited Gosselin to the conference because her kids watched the show?  WTF?  Who’s next the Jonas Brothers?
What on earth can Kate Gosselin possibly contribute to a Women’s conference? This women who was a complete nobody, who took fertility drugs, had a litter of kids, and then exploited the hell out of them on TV, bitched at everyone in her path, turned into a veritable MONSTER mom, and then lost her spineless husband that she nagged away in the holy grail of all hot messes. Out of all the wonderful and noble women she could have picked from she picks Gosselin? Her choice is very disappointing  to say the least, and I am sure she will catch some flack about it.

Jon! Careful! Look Behind You!

Jon! Careful! Look Behind You!

So where are my feelings on the Scientology Tone Scale about Travolta and Preston being interviewed? Well…I will be at Tone 40, if they announce they are stepping away from Scientology at the Conference that’s for sure. But right now I would have to say I have a strong interest which weighs in at only a 3.3. But if we are talking about how I feel about Kate Gosselin being picked to attend the Conference? That will drop me down to a scathing 1.5 for ANGER.

  1. Dawn,

It’s interesting that John and Kelly agreed to show up. They will probably engage in doubletalk and evasion. Autism is somewhere in the gray area between a psychiatric condition and a neurological medical disease.

Interestingly, the Cof$ fought Tory Christman like crazy when they tried to stop her from taking anti-seizure medication for epilepsy, but now they say that’s OK. The fact is, it doesn’t matter as long as people can cough up exorbitant sums of money. What a sick and deluded organization!

  3. As far as travelling w/ an epileptic having grand mal seizures, he could have just as easily had a seizure and hit his head at his own home. His epilepsy wasn’t going to go away and one has to have a life. Your statement seems to pile on some guilt to grieving parents for something that seems suitable and appropriate. However, I believe getting over tired and run down can bring seizures on, I hope they travelled wisely and his routine wasn’t thrown off. I am no fan of Scientology, but I feel they were devoted parents.

  7. #2. Hi, Queen here.
It was reported that he was having seizures every 1-4 days before they traveled. It wasn’t so much the traveling which was only a short plane ride from Florida to the Bahamas, it was the fact they were throwing a 60 person party for a New Years celebration that was supposed to be for the entire weekend. It was also the fact that they had two untrained men taking care of Jett with no medical backgrounds. One of the men was seen kissing John on the lips, and it was in all the papers which is a whole other story within itself.

Travolta and Preston have OODLES of cash, why would they hire two untrained people to take care of a special needs child? Why?
They could have afforded the BEST in care with trained nurses around the clock. But they didn’t. Why?
Why is it the last time anyone saw Jett, was at about at sunset time the night before? Why?

He had a door chimer on either his bedroom door or the bathroom door. It would have sounded off when he entered it. But yet they didn’t check on him and didnit find him until the next morning. Why?
AND the parents slept on a seperate floor then his? Why?
Where are these two guys who took care of Jett? They were never questioned? Why?
    WHY WHY WHY?

    The True Story Of Scientology
    By L.Ron.Hubbard

The true story of Scientology® is simple, concise and direct. It is quickly told:

    1. A philosopher develops a philosophy about life and death.
    2. People find it interesting.
    3. People find it works.
    4. People pass it along to others.
    5. It grows.

Look what has to be done to the true story of Scientology in order to “make it a news story” by modern press standards. Conflict must be injected where there is none. Therefore the press has to dream up upset and conflict.

  31. Great article Queen,

I used to attend this conference cause I live in the area, which the article states used to be called “California Governors Conference for Women”, BEFORE ARNOLD/MARIA. I saw Ann Richards there, she was great. It makes me a bit queasy that it has turned into a personal party for Shriver and her celebrity friends, with the public being allowed to pay for the privilege of “fawning” over them. It used to be about women now it is about these stupid celebrities, THAT SUCKS! And how much of California’s money that we don’t have is spent on this crap! It has just been really creepy to me since Maria Shriver took it over because her husband is the Governor.

O.K. having, said that, I would be very, very, very surprised if the Travolta’s actually show up and I would bet a whole bunch of “internets” that they will not speak out against the cult. Kelly Preston has been so publicly involved CCHR for so long, she is not going to do a 180 in public like that. They have been micromanaged by little davey for too many years, can’t see it happening. I would look for lots of extra security and culties wandering around keeping an eye on things, watching for critics or whatever.

Come to think of it maybe it would be a good place for a very tasteful and sensitive picket. You know in support of autism groups, reserach, etc. Hmmmm….

And is it me, or does that panel sound really depressing and inappropriate for a big public function like this? I mean Elizabeth Edwards, why put yourself through this? Are people really wanting to see this type of thing at a conference like this? I have lost someone very, very close to me and the idea of talking about it at an event like this is not something I can imagine.

For just the main conference, the cheapest price is $125. It is usually businesses that want some PR that buy tables for employees on the main floor. Back in Gray Davis’s time there were a lot of employees of the state of California attending, a lot, paid for by the state of California of course. Now with the recession and California having no money, it will be interesting to see what companies buy tables and if any state employees show up. I would look for companies with ties to the cult. Also, any companies with ties to Shriver and her husband. Who else can afford this?

  39. I see that the author of this article “Queen” is something of a closet Scientologist. She/he has made something of an attempt to learn the Scientology Emotional Tone Scale — that’s something!

Most other commentators on this subject don’t know any Scientology!

And by the way: Scientology is growing daily by the thousands and right across the world. Scientology grows because Scientology works — that’s all. Despite whatever despicable individuals and secretly paid ‘critics’ say or do.

Finally, CCHR, NARCONON and all other Church of Scientology groups are openly Church of Scientology humanitarian groups who help other people by providing solutions which work for problems which people experiance — if this were not so then nobody would accept any of these groups, and yet more and more people right round the world are availing themselves of the help which CCHR, NARCONON, CRIMINON and other Church of Scientology groups provide.

You see, a “Front Group” is a group which hides and never discloses its secret operators and financiers. CCHR, NARCONON, CRIMINON and all other Church of Scientology groups have a clear sign on their documents or in their offices which states that they are from the Church of Scientology. So, these are not “Front Groups”. Sorry about that.

As for anyone who honestly wants to learn what Scientology is, I recommend that they go to scientology.org where you can watch videos about Scientology and you can order Scientology books to read. All the best.

  43. “All three of them lost sons. All are at different stages of the grief,” Shriver said.

Stars have agents, PR people, and lawyers to talk to the public and characterize their grief for them. Although they no doubt have some private grief and guilt going on, as actors, it is unlikely they’ll express it at a conference, in a way that is meaningful to others. Instead, they’ll stick to the script written for them by “their people,” and probably can’t separate that from their real feelings anyway.

Scientology teaches people to overlook everything personal, and separate from their children and spouse if necessary, to KSW. People are just meat bodies. Ya think Kelly is going to talk about that?

“This is a program that’s detailed in the (Hubbard) book,” Kelly told Montel. ” We basically store all of these chemicals and poisons and toxins that you breathe, eat, that you’re around constantly. Radiation from the son, you store it in your fatty tissues. And over the years it builds up and this is a program of how you can detoxify it completely and purify your body. It’s brilliant.”

  51. The article is offensive, naive and irresponsible. It is heavily biased against a religion the writer knows very little about and what she seems to “know” (tone scale etc.) is wrong. Thank goodness some people have some sense and will read the Scientology books for themselves to discover what it is about. Others might want to get their information from the critics on the Internet and “believe” every bad thing written there without examination. Now tell me who is being sucked in here–it certainly isn’t those who will go to the source of the subject and read for themselves what Scientology is really about.

  53. No Julie, no one is interested in reading Hubbard’s outright quackery and “learning more”.

In case you’e failed to notice, the orgs are virtually empty. The deaths, the scams, the truth about Hubbard and how every aspect of his life was made up, David Miscavige’s fondness for beating his staff, the violence that permeates $ientology, the lives ruined, the families ripped apart, the fact that in 60 years $cientology has failed to prove that EVEN ONE of their outlandish claims has merit. (Show me a clear Julie. I want to see someone with control over MEST, someone with perfect recall of past lives, someone whose I.Q. has been raised courtesy of L Ron Hubbard, proof that $cientologists have fewer instances of illness. Show the world *just one* clear Julie)

Who is being “sucked in”? You are Julie.

  55. Scientology is “really about” getting sucked into it to a degree that you think you understand nonsense — you “know” [about the lives you lived on other planets] — but end up stuck in a place so confining, that you lose all sense of perspective and reasoning.

You are literally sucked down a hole into Hubbardland, and willing to leave your family, friends, and children behind, if necessary, to follow the deluded vision of a documented liar and fraud. There is no “clear.” There are no “super powers.” The higher up the bridge to total freedom, the more corrupt, deluded and bound (in Hubbard crapola) members become.

What do you end up really knowing as an employee? That your mission in life is to suck others into the fraud, to keep your stats up to avoid punishment.

As former Scientologists pick up the pieces of their lives shattered by this cult, I take THEIR word for it, because to me, they have experienced both sides and what they say sounds compelling. What they say, matches with the documented evidence about the history of this cult.

You don’t need to jump off a cliff, to “know” that it is dangerous. Well, thousands have jumped off the Scientology cliff, and the last we can do, is listen to the ones who survived, and learn from the ones who died, whether brand new to the cult, like Kaja Ballo, or “clear” as bell devoted members like Lisa McPherson.

Just the concept Julie and others being here, to “handle” criticism, as part of their job, is chilling.

Scientologists are not allowed to read such informative articles, or communicate with people outside the cult, about Scientology ideas. Their whole purpose is to point people toward the propaganda, and attack critics.

Tom Cruise let the cat out of the bag. Before his speech to fellow Scilons, few people knew what Scientology was about.

And star after star, in their deeds and words, is proving what this quackery entails, when it is believed and practiced in their own lives.

Don’t wait until Tom Cruise takes wife #4 until you begin wondering how well Scientology works.

  57. I think the only way you “practice” this religion is by recruiting others. There are no prayers, no god, no rules other than avoid psychiatric drugs that 97% of us won’t be prescribed anyway. You cannot convert by the sword or practice human sacrifice in the USA, but Co$ seems to do everything short of it.

I’m surpised the mafia and organized crime don’t come out and say “but its our religion!”

  59. Good point about Kelly Ian. My thought is that it’s perhaps a little too early for John Travolta to be talking about resilience, as he seems to still be in the recovery stage and not far enough away from from the emotional wound of it to get to the resilience part. But I’m sure that Kelly will have tons of Scientolobabble to give up to the audience on that subject.

“This volume probably contains more promises and less evidence per page than has any publication since the invention of printing.”

“The first thing you notice about “Dianetics” is that it is spectacularly dull. L. Ron Hubbard promises, in this seemingly endless treatise, that his “modern science of mental health” will cure everything from schizophrenia to arthritis, claims for which he presents no credible evidence whatsoever — unless you consider merely insisting that you’ve got evidence to be the same thing as offering it. But I am here to testify that “Dianetics” is a phenomenal remedy for at least one widespread affliction: insomnia. “

That’s very good, Rachel. Above is a link to something developed almost exactly the same time as Dianetics, except the tech DID work, saving over 300,000 lives a year (how many lives has dianetics saved?) and its inventors (Salk and Rubin) were not interested in being worshipped as Gods like LRH; in fact, Salk continued researching until his death at 80, for things like cancer and AIDS.

Oh, BTW, Co$ opposes vaccines, preferring that you spend 1000s on auditing for polio, AIDS, etc.

”A person may be deprived of property or injured by any means by any Scientologist without any discipline of the Scientologist. May be tricked, sued or lied to or destroyed” October 1967 Policy Letter (HCOPL 18 Oct 67 Issue IV, Penalties for Lower Conditions.

THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE CREATED BY BIG PSYCHIATRY, THE MOST DESTRUCTIVE FORCE OF THE 20th CENTURY

It really should read: ”A person may be deprived of property or injured by any means by any PSYCHIATRIST without any discipline of the Scientologist. May be tricked, sued or lied to or destroyed”

Inform yourself and read the involuntary commitment laws which give any psychiatrist the right to maim, injure, torture, and kill and legal statutes if an individual is deemed mentally incompetent.

  77. I am into Non Violent Communication NVC or Compassionate Communication..which is non religious..so when I hear or read this article for example I see that who wrote it is saying what they “think”. What we think and what we feel are a bit different.. I don’t respect this article because it is not fully true and goes on about what the writer “thinks” (yawning).I feel sorry for us all on this earth for driving ourselves in circles wasting time. To say what John or Kellie must be stuggling with “is what YOU think” because of the little data you have on scientology. I have more than you and maybe now even more than some Scientologists for not being in any religion..I have respect and sense enough to know that L. Ron Hubbard did’nt steal life after death from Buddhists.. hehehee Wow..imagine how he would have FELT stealing that info??? this article is a bit silly.. and gossipy. The tone scale is ok? and grief is grief..and only an insane person would not feel grief losing their son…. I have not known scientology to make grief wrong..where?? who? L.Ron Hubbard’s intention was to help people…guess it is complicated to help most people.. we gossip alot.. i see that now since i have done NVC.. most people don’t even know what a feeling is..they say..”you are a bla bla” and “bla bla” is not a feeling.. how about. “i feel annoyed (a feeling) when i see/hear …because i am needing (respect..as an example” and “would you be willing to.(request)”.. nope; this is how most people talk.. “you this you that”…”they this they say that”.. what a world we live in~! yet we all need the same survival stuff..shelter food air celebration respect autonomy..body contact..kindness and so on.Noone knows if John or Kellie are “confused” only they do. grrrrrrrr

Do you homework, Hubbard stole not only from other sources for his tech, buthe also stole millions from his own members.

and “L.Ron Hubbard’s intention was to help people”

Hubbard’s intention was to make money.

Search lara, and you will find the truth. But you have to look outside “the cans” and L. Ron’s books and tapes.

  89. Jett Travolta is just one more victim of a greedy, totalitarian cult. Kelly Preston not only drank the Kool-Aid (metaphorically), but she poured it down her son’s throat.

If those words seem overly harsh, watch the videos of her protesting psychiatry and all medications which may have psychoactive effects. Take particular note of the look on her face, and then tell me that she gave her son medications for epilepsy (which have psychoactive effects).

It will be wonderful if and when the Travolta’s declare independence from Scientology as did Jason Beghe and many others. But given the CoS’s history of using blackmail, harassment, stalking, libel, slander, and the legal system to abuse critics into silence (see “Fair Game Policy” just Google it), I doubt we’ll be hearing from them.

    L. Ron Hubbard was not just a charlatan, but a malevolent macchiavelli who sought only his own aggrandizement and profit. His “program” is as close to evil as is present on this earth.
