Kate Gosselin Says She Will Work At McDonald’s If She Has To

Kate Gosselin has recently stated that she would work at McDonald’s if she had to. Bitch PA-LEASE!

How can she have the audacity to say that she would work at McDonald’s? Now let me get this straight Kate, when you are busy doling out fries and burgers, who will be home taking care of your kids, dumb ass?
I caught TMZ on TV last night and they said it was going on day TWO that the nanny has picked up your kids at their school bus stop for crying out loud. Is anyone buying this crap? Does she think she can hire nannies to care for her kids while she is out slinging hash? Give me a break!
Or is this going to be her next reality show? “Kate Plus Ate” *snicker*
Everyone knows darn well that Ms. Gosselin wouldn’t be caught dead working at a McDonald’s. I am sure she thinks that working at McDonald’s would be a total subservient job. Can you imagine working with her? McDonald’s my ass!
But Oh dear!
What is Kate to do now that Jon no longer wants to do the show any more? It’s YOUR fault that you pissed away all your money, or you let Jon piss away all of the money. Who ever is to blame, it doesn’t really matter now, does it? The fact of the matter is, over two hundred THOUSAND dollars is now gone. What about your EIGHT children?
Looks like the Gosselins should have thought this through a LONG ago. But no, they were too busy getting “famous”.

The mom of eight, 34, called into The View Monday to say she’d take a job at McDonald’s to support her kids if it came down to it. (A few hours earlier, she appeared on the Today show.)
Finding alternate work may be necessary now that Jon has halted production on her TLC reality show and left her with just $1,346 (down from $231,000) in a shared bank account, she said.
“We’re on temporary holding right now. A lot of this stuff is out of my control,” she said. “I can tell you that my kids are upset that it’s on hold, that the opportunities that they did have. For example, they’re supposed to be in New York. We were supposed to come up this weekend and see the Statue of Liberty and they don’t understand why we can’t do that now. So for myself and the kids, I’m hoping it goes on for the opportunities as well as, obviously, the financial. I mean, essentially, it’s my job, and I’m hoping to continue working.”
And if it doesn’t?
“I do know that no matter what, I know within myself that if I have to work at McDonald’s, I will do what it takes to provide for my kids, period,” she said.
Former co-host Lisa Ling, who was guest hosting the show Monday, challenged Kate’s desire to keep her kids on TV as they grapple with their parents’ split.“My parents got a divorce. I can’t even imagine any of it being on television,” Ling said. “I don’t see what the problem is with stopping the show or taking the kids off the show for a period of time until things can get resolved…There have got to be other ways to make money than putting your kids on television.”
Your kids can’t go to the Statue of Liberty now Kate? Wahhhhhh. Maybe you should have thought of that before you two blew over $200 grand.
But wait, hold on here…you got a free tummy tuck, but nobody would pay your way for Lady Liberty? What’s the matter Kate? Not networking enough? You didn’t tell the paps or the rags that you wanted to go to NY with your little money makers?
I am sure the National Enquirer would have paid you pretty well for that photo op!

Sorry Kate, I do not have one smidgen of sympathy for you. Or you either Jon. You whored out your kids for cash and fame, and you were too big for your own britches. You acted like a total beeyotch and now you want everyone to feel sorry for you. You made money off your books, appearances and that horrible show, and now it’s all gone. Tsk Tsk.
I only feel sorry for your kids. You forced them into appearing on TV and did not care about their emotional well being. They have total idiots for parents who put themselves first and made horrendously BAD choices.
Taking those kids off the show is the best thing you can do for them right now. Let them be kids and have a normal life if that is at all possible. And Maddy can stand to use some serious anger management courses already.
But I am sure we have not seen the last of your kids. You will be pushing your kids into TV commercials or acting lessons so you can continue to live off them. Have to keep that dough flowing in! Right?
So Kate…and this goes for you too Jon, if you are hurting for cash (I find that hard to believe) you both are getting what you deserve.
I guess Maddy can always sue you two when she gets older. *snicker*

Ok, for those of you who didn’t get it, Kate wasn’t being literal in saying that she’d work at McDonald’s to support her kids, she was simply using an extreme example to make her point that she will do whatever she has to to support her family.
And, no one said they pissed all their money away. If you listened, they have money put away. This was their liquid money, for bills, expenses, etc.
Now, I don’t exactly feel sorry for Kate being temporarily destitute, and her comment of going to work at McDonald’s to support her family was a bit much to stomach, knowing how much money they have made on the show, but nonetheless, let’s keep things in the context in which they were stated.

she was a nurse before she had the child army so i’m guessing that yes, working at mcdonalds would be beneath her since being a nurse is a demanding job that does honestly deserve a lot of respect.
that said, i don’t think she’d really be willing to work a full-time job again since having a reality-tv-show-family has been her job for the past few years and i’m sure she prefers getting paid to simply live in front of cameras vs. working full time and then dealing with a ton of kids.
the show afforded them a ton of stuff that the average family can’t even afford, so i’m sure that losing it actually -is- jarring to the kids, who grew up used to a certain level of privilege and are far too young to understand how abnormal it is.

The fact that they spent over 200 hundred thousand dollars out of an expense account that was for bills is ridiculous.
I am sure they have money put away, but that doesn’t mean they should blow money out of their bank account and then complain they can’t that she can’t go to the Statue of Liberty and that she would work at McDonald’s.
Everyone knows she would not work at McDonalds literally. But saying that she would as an example is utterly sickening.

those kids were born innocent but they are being turned into MONSTERS by TLC and their monster parents. i agree that maddy is already out of control. she’s going from a mini k8 to mega k8 bitch fast. the boys need a strong male role model and k8 won’t let her father fill that role bc he’s a trailer park preacher and her nouveau riche snobbery forbids that. k8 may replace hillary as the most despised woman… and then maddy can take the baton from her !!!

is haley pregnant yet ? will jon impregnate more octomoms ? are they going to keep all those kids in the statue of liberty ?…or mc donald’s ? there is a catholic family i greatly admire. this intact 2 parent family has 9 young children, all very well behaved. mom is expecting # 10. they support themselves with no help. dad has a job and loves his wife. the mom is a beautiful woman minus the salon. she is GIVING our society wonderful citizens. k8 is burdening our society with sociopathic selfish brats who will feel entitled to support they never EARNED. k8 needed to be spayed… and it’s obvious she has no further interest in those kids… where is CSS ???????

I’m not buying the whole “woe is me” thing. Maybe I’m bitter because I’m a stay at home mother who suffers from PTSD from an armed robbery at a previous job, but seriously, with all the book deals, appearances, etc., she can’t take her kids to visit the Statue of Liberty? Come on, now, Kate, not everyone is as stupid as you think. I’m truthfully sick of this “poor Kate this, and poor Kate that”. Instead of making these appearances and crying, why isn’t she spending time with those kids? My parents divorced when I was a young as the multiples, and it was completely traumatic even being there with my mother and grandmother throughout it all. I can’t even imagine what those poor children are going through with their mother yapping and yapping away traveling the country to get her face on tv, and their father being a complete douche (though I believe Kate had some part of creating that monster…). Wake up, Kate, those kids need a mother who is there more than they need a trip to the statue of liberty….

glp, I am not a Kate fan but I thought the SAME exact thing. It’s kind of like a figure of speech. Saying you’ll work at McDonald’s means you’ll do what ever you have to in order to make money to survive. I also agree though that they acted like the money would keep rolling in forever. Money makes people crazy. I was never a fan of the show in the first place but I will say that I can’t understand why they are both crying to the cameras instead of dealing with this in an adult manner. They are extremely selfish in that they point fingers at each other, they assume that the kids are fine, etc. People say that Jon and Kate need this show, that is what they support their family with, but no one told them to produce a family of 8 kids. If they couldn’t afford it then, why couldn’t they be happy with the two girls they already had??
