When will they ever learn? You just can’t mess with the interbutts. First it was YouTube, who cowered in fear, when it suppressed free speech and fair use by pulling the leaked Tom Cruise Video, then it was Ebay allowing the Church of Scientology to yank post-consumer e-meters off its website, now it’s Amazon pulling negative reviews of Dianetics.

These are enormous, multi-million dollar companies acquiescing to a so-called religion, which has the structure of a pyramid scheme with a rich history of illegal and collusive activities to defraud and manipulate its members and the public at large.

The perceived threat which has caused Ebay, YouTube, Amazon and even social network sites like Digg to cow-tow to the CoS is litigious. The Church of Scientology has a history of socking individuals and corporations alike with spurious lawsuits which they either don’t intend to pursue, have no hope of winning and use simply to frighten people into doing what they want.

This author documented his interaction with AMAZON.COM on his reviews of Dianetics being deleted repeatedly, this is only an excerpt, I suggest you read the whole thing:

On February 21, someone posted on Reddit that Amazon had deleted (virtually) all negative reviews of the book again. Mine was included again. This time I was sincerely surprised and disappointed, because I think my review was completely legitimate and I restricted my comments to the substance of the book itself, rather than any attack on the author or speculation on how this was an elaborate ruse to become rich. So, I wrote them again.

A review I recently wrote of Dianetics and it was deleted. I was told this was because I discussed authors and their intentions in the review. I re-wrote it focusing exclusively on the content of the book and the style of writing and this review has been deleted as well, even though over 150 users and 99% found it useful. Please explain to me why this review was deleted.

I’ve checked both the reviews for “Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health” and see that they doesn’t follow our guidelines.

Is this not the United States? Are we not living in the land which birthed modern democracy, where the will of the people decide the outcome? The will of the people is clear. The hierarchal head of Scientology’s sole purpose is to control its members thoughts, words and deeds, manipulate its image and extract as much money out of those individuals too emotionally weak or vulnerable to see past its false guises.

If this were Microsoft, Exxon, Google, Enron or any other powerful entity, would we allow a systematic aversion of the truth and fairness to continue unchecked simply because of a “perceived” threat? And have we forgotten the most apparent element in all this? THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A RELIGION FOR GOD’S SAKE. Religions by their nature shouldn’t frighten people into silence regardless of their actions. Therefore I conclude this ISN’T A RELIGION. I think we know what the CoS is, and with history as our teacher, we will be ashamed we allowed this shadow of darkness and depravity to lurk in the corners of our society for too long.

Since when are religions allowed to run rough-shod over our legal system?

Enough is enough, wake up mainstream media, wake up federal government, WAKE UP CLEARWATER AND HOLLYWOOD, you are being taken over by people who believe in aliens and want to “clear the planet” of non-Scientologists and obliterate psychiatry. Now that should frighten you.

Are there any countries left besides the United States who haven’t declared Scientology to be a powerful, sinister and dangerous cult? So far, most of the Western World has identified this organization as a threat to the very fabric of society.

When will we wake up? When will we see beyond the glamorous veneer which people like Tom Cruise, John Travolta and Kirstie Alley try to present as a “religion,” allowing THEIR money, THEIR power, THEIR influence to ruin people’s lives? These celebrities are coddled, and pampered by the Church, in the same way society pampers and coddles celebs. Anyone who knowingly shills for this organization should be investigated and held accountable for the crimes committed and should be punished and put in jail. We willingly allow these untrained, witless figures to tell us what medical treatment we should or shouldn’t have, when their entire faith was built around the delusional paranoia of a hack writer who died while hopped up on anti-psychotic meds. That is some rich delicious irony there my friends.

I read a story last night from a VERY credible witness to the atrocities of David Miscavige and it spoke to the depths of his depravity and callousness. According to this ex-Scientologist, David Miscavige, leader of Scientology, used a crude version of musical chairs during a meeting at Gold Base to slowly, cruelly and viciously teach his staff a lesson in “loyalty.” 70 adult men and women gathered in a large conference room with chairs arranged in a circle while he blasted Mozart. Each participant who was eliminated, was given a one-way ticket to nowheresville, excommunicated from his position within the Church, and ostensibly from all they knew and love, including family, loved ones and colleagues, by a sick twist of timing.

As you can imagine many fights broke out, people wrestling and pushing to find a chair, husbands being separated from wives, most with no money, no home, no life beyond the Church all because David Miscavige was going to teach them a lesson. Thank goodness this man has no children.

Even in the corporate world of sharks and villains, David Miscavige would be a monster.

There are more stories, worse stories. Google Kyle Brennan. I’ll tell you about him soon. He’s dead. His father called a Scientologist instead of emergency personnel after finding his son unresponsive. In fact, he waited 45 minutes before calling authorities. Why? Hard to say, but it could be because his dad was a Scientologist and Kyle suffered from depression. Kyle’s depression medicine was not made available to him. This is all we know. The case is under investigation. Someone did something wrong, something twisted and the end result is Kyle is dead and his mother heartbroken.

Yes, I am supposed to be fair. I am supposed to be balanced. I am supposed to write with neutrality. But I am not CNN, the New York Times or any of the elite media. I have a heart, I am not beholden to some corporate sponsor telling me what is and what is NOT newsworthy. Tom Cruise can’t threaten me and I refuse to be silent.

I keep reading more and more stories about members of Anonymous being tracked down, harassed, entrapped and incarcerated at the hands of the Church of Scientology.

In some ways, this should come as no surprise based on the vicious and litigious history of the CoS, but in this day and age you would think a legitimate religion could withstand criticism and continue to thrive and move forward. But therein lies the problem, Scientology is NOT a legitimate religion in its current form. I am even beginning to suspect it may not be a legitimate philosophy in any form.

Up until now, I have reserved calling the Church of Scientology a cult. Well, I guess the time has come for me to take off the rose-colored glasses, as clearly David Miscavige and those within the Church of Scientology who support him are in fact running a brutal and ruthless CULT for the sole purpose of destroying lives, obtaining power and making as much money as possible.

Let’s talk about Gregg. He is a young man who lives in Boston. Here’s his story as it was relayed to me:

“Today Gregg received a summons for criminal trespass and criminal harassment.

An 8 inch stack of complaints have been filed against him by the cult. But they finally got one to stick.

The Boston anons go out flyering every weekend. On March 9th the anons that Gregg was with decided to hand deliver the flyers to the Church on Beacon Street in Boston .

As the anons walked up the front stairs to the Boston Church, 4 Scientologists came rushing out and Gregg and the anons handed the Scientologists the flyers. The Scientologists asked the anons to leave and so they did leave, immediately. The anons have it all on video.

However the Church as managed to somehow get this one to stick and brought charges against Gregg.

Gregg will be making a scan of the summons for people to see.”

There are several caveats to this story which I am not including, but suffice it to say that Gregg was singled out for a reason, and like the predator the CoS is, they pounced on Gregg and are using him to set an example.

The reason they’ve been allowed to do this, they being Scientology, is because the mainstream media, or as Andrew Morton called them, “the elite media” (and out of touch I’d add) refuse to follow up on the story in any way. Without the pressure of the big media, Scientology will be able to destroy people like Gregg, and anyone else they single out of the herd.

I am angry, frustrated, mentally taxed, bewildered and disgusted that people who call themselves journalists are intentionally and flagrantly avoiding any kind of critical analysis of Scientology’s evil, vile practices and by way of this side-stepping, condoning the “fair gaming,” “disconnection policy,” “unfair tax protection and exemption” which the CoS is allowed to perpetrate unchecked.

I don’t know Gregg, but I don’t have to. I know the many, many mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, friends and associates who make up Anonymous, and any one of them could be Gregg. Gregg could be you some day, and Gregg, could definitely be me. It’s only a matter of time. This is how Scientology has managed to survive, no better yet, thrive. In the dark places where good people avoid, in secrecy, in veiled and implied threats.

This cannot go on. The destruction MUST stop.

Gregg needs legal counsel, assistance and likely, moral support in fighting these charges and I appeal to those with the means and know-how to contact me so we can help Gregg. In fact, I propose a fund or a network be set up to help folks like Gregg, for there will be more.

Anonymous has strength in its numbers, I challenge Anonymous to prove it is stronger than the CoS, more powerful than the media, more courageous than the authorities and more moral than the government.

It’s time to circle the wagon, protect the herd.

It’s sort of ironic that just last night I made a reference to famous people being caught on film doing naughty things, using Lindsay Lohan as some kind of reference point for sluts caught being slutty.

And as the sun rises on a new day, what have we here…..is a story about none other than our sweet little LiLo (or a grainy facsimile of) allegedly engaged in oral sex on what is said to be her one time boy-toy, English cad Calum Best.

The photo was too grainy to really tell who it is, but it would hardly be some kind of stretch of the imagination to suggest somewhere out in this great big world video exists of Lindsay Lohan giving somebody, ANYBODY, a slobbery knobsicle. The odds that a sex tape featuring Lindsay Lohan DOESN’T exist are probably too astronomical to even calculated.

As the story goes (and they all sound the same in these sex tape scandals) Lindsay doesn’t remember being filmed and is freaked out such a thing may exist. According to a source, Calum forwarded the video to some friends and they leaked it to the media.

Fortunately for Lindsay, celeb site, The Blemish, was able to debunk this rumor. But rest assured, as the sands of time pass through the hour glass, so to will the video of Lindsay Lohan caught on film emerge. Think I am being to harsh?

I offer exhibit A. below. This is Lindsay when she KNOWS she’s being filmed. I can only imagine what she’s like when she’s just chillin’ out with some “close friends.”

Wait, people don’t do videotape any more, do they?  Well, anyway, you get the idea.

I feel absolutely dirty even posting this link.  I seriously need a shower or something.  My OCD is kicking in and I must go wash my hands.  So while I do that, you go check out the chat between Perez Hilton and the guy whom he promised to help if he’d just send Perez some nakie stuff of himself.

I absolutely must warn you.  The language is NSFW, there are some definite NSFW photos, and I know more about little Perez than I ever wanted to know (although I’m sure he, like most other males, exaggerate).  Do not say you haven’t been warned.  Although…I’m not sure who comes across (no pun intended) as the more pathetic, JJ or Perez.

Never put anything in writing, video, or photos what you don’t want to come back to haunt you.

Well MY illusions have been shattered.

It would seem one Mario Lavanderia, better known as Perez Hilton, told an aspiring young blogger that he’d promote his site in exchange for some sex videos, and then bailed on him faster than you can say, “Hand me a tissue”:

Jonathan Jaxson - a former publicist and founder of gossip site JJ’s Dirt - told Page Six he sent Lavandeira sexually explicit videos of himself with the hope of Lavandeira’s help, which never materialized.

“He would tell me he would give me stories for my blog,” Jaxson, 24, said of Lavandeira, 29. “He used me.” […]

The New York Times ran a gushing puff piece on “Perez” Tuesday, reporting he gets 2.8 million visitors a month and is in talks with Warner Music for his own label because he has such a great ear for new music.

In an exchange from Sept. 1, 2007, Lavandeira told Jaxson, “you should totally make a sex tape . . . (but not with me).” Jaxson wrote back, “I will have to make one on here for you tomorrow and e-mail it to you.” Lavandeira responded, “Hot! Do it now!”

The next afternoon, Lavandeira asked Jaxson, “When are you sending me that video you promised?” Jaxson responded, “If you do a phone blog with me for my blog . . . as if I am cold calling you in attempt to get advice for my blog. You can be totally rude. I don’t want others to know we talk.”

The next day, Lavandeira asked again, “Where is that video?”

Jaxson told Page Six he sent Lavandeira videos of himself masturbating and other forms of “sex videos,” but said he only met Lavandeira in person three times - once in Florida and twice in New York.

“I fell in love with Perez. I thought he had a huge heart . . . but he’s just a [bleep]hole,” Jaxson told us. “We started working together and communicating on how to make my blog bigger. Then it got more personal and intimate.”

Hmm hmm hmm.  I mean, I’ve used Perez’s site for information before, and generally he can get some good dirt on celebs, but this is something different entirely.  Is Perez the pottymouth calling the celebrity kettles black?

I mean, it could be a case of a spurned lover wanting to extract some publicity, or cash, from someone who is in a more advantageous position than they are.  But, then again…in things like this, it’s often he said, he said.  This one ought to get good.  Nobody can hold a grudge like the gays.

But there is a lesson to be learned by all you young thangs out there:  Never put on video or audio what you don’t want people to see.  Oh yeah, and people will say anything for sex.

In what is being reported as an apparent suicide, 39 year-old Clearwater resident Shawn Lonsdale, an outspoken local critic of Scientology, was found dead in his home on Saturday.

If this is true, then this could be a HUGE development in the case against Nick Hogan Bollea Whatever and now, his famous father.  Apparently there is a receipt for beer purchased on the day of the wreck that put John Graziano, former Marine, in the hospital in an irreversible vegetative state:

New information includes:

• A receipt from Albertson’s Liquor Store at 2:14 p.m. on the day of the accident for $78 of beer and ice. A clerk, June Hoopingarer, said Hulk Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, bought the beer and was accompanied by his son and several other young men. […]

The report says Bollea and his friends spent the day of the accident on a boat with Hogan. Bollea’s friends, who are all at least 21 years old, were drinking beer. No one reported seeing Bollea drinking alcohol, although it was found in his system after the crash.

Jeremy T. Whitson, who is in charge of security of Shepard’s Beach Resort, told police Bollea and about seven other people got off a boat and tried to enter the tiki bar between 5 and 6 p.m. the day of the accident. He said Hogan stayed on the boat. All the people who got off the boat were clutching beer bottles except Bollea, who held a plastic cup. They were not allowed entry, according to Whitson, because they didn’t have identification that showed they were 21 or older.

Now, I want to point out that nobody actually SAW Nick drinking that day.  Nobody SAW him with a beer in hand.  Nobody SAW him do anything wrong.  Well, nobody that is talking about it, that is…because there are several young men who know what he was doing that day, plus his father, supposed “Real American” Hulk Hogan.  And don’t forget…at the time of the accident, Nick was seventeen years old.

But it really doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out the alleged actions of the people involved that day:

• The Hulkster goes to a liquor store and buys beer and ice.
• The Hulkster, his son, and his son’s friends go to a boat, where they spend the afternoon drinking.
• Nobody outside of the party actually sees Nick drink anything illegal, but he is walking around with a plastic cup while everyone else has bottles of beer.
• Later that day, once they leave the boat, Nick, his friend John, and two other men in a silver Viper are street racing down a city street when Nick loses control of his car and crashes into a tree.
• At the hospital, Nick has his blood tested and it shows the presence of alcohol.

More specifically, the purchases included:

• 2 cases of Miller Lite
• 2 cases of Corona Extra
• 1 case of Miller Chill
• 5 bags of ice

Maybe, just maybe, there was a little window of time there after leaving the boat when Nick and John and their buddies could have came across some alcohol somewhere else.  But it is highly suspicious that he would spend the afternoon on a boat with his friends, who were drinking, and not drink himself, especially since he was found to have it in his system after the accident.

Also, a witness is reported as saying the cars were going 100 MPH in a 40 MPH zone before the crash:

Linda Berry-Robinson, the mother of Graziano’s girlfriend, told police she overheard Jacobs telling a pastor at Bayfront Medical Center that he was driving the Viper at more than 100 mph, according to the documents. […]

At the hospital, Bollea told police he was traveling 30 or 40 mph. He also told police he didn’t know what road he was traveling on or what direction. His speech was “mumbled and soft” and his eyes bloodshot, according to Todd Turpack, a Clearwater police investigator who wrote the original report. […]

A woman said she was on her way home from work at Morton Plant Hospital when the Supra and the Viper pulled up on either side of her at an intersection. The drivers “kind of acknowledged each other,” she said.

“The light turned green, and they hauled serious a–; they were weaving around,” she said. “The silver car smoked the yellow car, and the yellow car completely lost control and flipped over and turned and twisted.”

The witness said she stayed back because she didn’t want to get between the cars.

“I couldn’t have anyway,” she said. “They were flying.”

For his part, Nick has denied going 100 MPH before the accident.  But regardless of whether he was doing exactly 100 MPH or not, he obviously was going faster than 40 MPH.

So, if Hulk did in fact supply beer to his son, it beggars the question…what kind of parents does this kid have, anyway?  What sort of man is Terry Bollea, to give his underage son alcohol and then turn him loose with a 544-horsepower vehicle?  What kind of mom is Linda, to take her daughter street racing and then proclaim to the world juts how exciting it is to outrun cops?  I’ll tell you what kind…the kind who give their child everything on a silver platter, and then turn a blind eye to any sort of wrongdoing by their pwecious widdle baby.  The kind of parents who could make statements like this:

“The most important thing to me was from all the eyewitnesses and everyone that was there and saw it was that they were not racing,” the former pro-wrestling superstar told The Insider. […]

“It’s just so unfair,” added Hogan. “Just the way the media jumped on my son and just the way they portrayed him. From my gut, it’s something that has torn two families apart, and we’re just so close to John’s family. ” […]

Citing the latter statement, Hogan reiterated that his son isn’t guilty of anything.  “I’m trying to tell my son to stay strong, because at the end of the day, when all the facts are in, it was an accident,” he said.

What a pompous prick.  No, Terry, the most important thing is that a young man’s life was cut short because of your son’s stupidity, and it appears now because of your indulgence and bad parenting.  Yes, it was an accident…a preventable accident, because had they not been racing and had there not been alcohol involved, there’s a distinct possibility the accident would never have happened.

I’m serious.  This whole thing makes me sick.  If this is true, I hope they throw Terry UNDER the jail.

We are not above making fun of America’s beloved Julia Roberts. Sure she’s the original “Firecrotch” but she’s also a known homewrecker, runaway bride, serial birthgiver and now apparently, a handicap.

Pretty woman Roberts and her cameraman hubby Danny Moder were out shopping in Malibu yesterday and their lazy, selfish, inconsiderate arses used a designated handicap space typically reserved for people with some sort of disability or mobility issues.

Yes, I realize that this is a petty complaint, but come on, you don’t live your life trying to perpetuate some kind of sweet and innocent persona and then turn around and use the handicap spots to go shopping. Honestly Julia, that’s what the Associate of The Month parking spot it for.
