It used to be done with a person who would read the results, talk with the person, still "push their buttons"---but in a manner that was tolerable, imnsho, more or less just getting them interested in either a course, or buying a book. Now? Even when I was "in" I told them I thought it was HORRIBLE: It's a computer driven print out and they just READ:
