*Exhibit A

Lindsay Lohan is confused.  On one hand she wants the paparazzi to take her picture, but on the other hand she wants them to stop distracting her from her efforts to win an Oscar.

It's like, really hard to be famous and do serious work folks, for real.

Here's Lindsay in her now infamous Nylon interview talking about her love-love relationship with the media:

“I wouldn’t ever want them to not take my picture. I’d be worried. I’d be like ‘Do people not care about me? I said the other day, ‘I feel like they hound me more than they hound Madonna and she’s someone I’ve always aspired to be like.”

Wow.  Just wow.  Did she compare herself to Madonna?  Yeah, I think she did.  Hmmm.... Well, that's says it all.

And here's Lindsay on her dreams of winning an Oscar:

“The thing about the press and why they need to leave me the [bleep] alone for a little bit is because I don’t want that distraction from my work. I want to get a nomination. I want to win an Oscar. I want to be known for more than, like, going out. For being ‘the party girl.’ I hate that. I bust my [bleep] when I’m filming, and when I gave time off, yeah, I like to go out and dance.

Look, far be it from me to harsh Lindsay's mellow, but if by saying "bust her ass" she means "shows up late to the set, throws up, goes home" then hells yeah, that b*tch busts her humps like nobodies business.

Honestly, there was a time when I stood up for Lindsay.  I was all "hey, it's not her fault, she's got crappy parents, she's talented and she's young and blah blah, blah" but you know what Linds — it's over for me and you.

You aren't EVER going to win an Oscar.  Oscars are for people who work hard and fly right.  As for your work ethic, I offer *exhibit A.
