Luciano Pavarotti Has Passed Away
The world's most notable opera singer, Luciano Pavarotti passed away yesterday morning in his home in Modena Italy, at the age of 71. He had been struggling to regain his health after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer the previous summer. This was just another striking blow to the health of the famous tenor, who had also been recovering from neck surgery and an infection which he contracted in 2006 as well.Â
Pavarotti is survived by four daughters and one granddaughter, he was married to his first wife Adua in 1961, and then married his second wife Nicoletta (also his assistant) in 2003. He and Nicoletta have a daughter named Alice who was also born in 2003.  Clearly, and with all due respect, Pavarotti was no whithering old man.
Rest In Peace big guy.Â
