Michelle Rodriguez Will Revisit Her Favorite Hangout: Jail, For 120 Days To Be Exact
Remember Lost star Michelle Rodriguez? Yeah, me neither. But TMZ remembers and she has reportedly been sentenced to 120 days for violating the terms of her probation for you guessed it, violating her previous DUI probation when she was arrested for drunk driving in Hawaii last year. She was originally sentenced to 60 days for her second DUI, but only served four hours. She was released due to overcrowding. That won't happen this time — the judge has had enough. From the TMZ report:
According to court officials, Rodriguez "admitted violating her probation by failing to provide proof of completion of her community service and for consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol monitoring device."The judge also ordered that Rodriguez is not to be released to "work furlough or electronic monitoring and is not to be granted early release." Rodriguez was also ordered to complete 30 days of CalTrans work — which means if you're driving in L.A., you might catch an orange-vest wearing Michelle picking up trash on the side of a freeway!
Rodriguez, who appeared in court today, must report to L.A. County jail by December 24, 2007.
I would like to say I feel bad, but that would be a lie. Michelle has shown a flagrant and careless disregard for the safety and well-being of others and then LIED about her court-ordered community service. That's like taking popsicles from sick kids in the pediatric unit. Don't cry for Michelle though, not only is she REALLY comfortable with women behind bars, she might finally find the love of her life — an angry, tatted cholla with a heart of black! If I ain't being too bold.
Try hard not to get shanked Michelle, but not too hard.
