Well, more details are coming in about Britney and her appointment today with the courts.

TMZ is reporting that Brit didn't give the court such a good impression today:

We're told Spears had a back and forth with the Commish that lasted approximately 40 minutes. She constantly interrupted him and at times was extremely sarcastic. At one point she started thanking the judge for what he had done but her tone was heavily laced with disdain.

We're told the Commish explained to Spears how she had gotten to the point she's at — why defying the various orders she was supposed to comply with raised concerns that she was not a responsible person. Spears didn't get it. She was at times contentious, argumentative and condescending.

We're told K-Fed's lawyer didn't object to her testimony, it was so bad. One description of today's testimony, pretty simple — "Appalling."

However, there are conflicting reports...TMZ may have gotten it wrong.  According to X17 (who would have the exclusive, don't you know), Brit is overjoyed at the way things went today, and even followed her as she went shopping afterwards:
Completely overjoyed, she told us about her successful day in court, proclaiming "It's cool... I was cool." We knew she would get her kids back! And it looks like Britney did, too, because she then said cheerfully:

"I've got 'em back, baby!"

Um....that's one overnight visitation per week...it's hardly getting your kids back, Brit.

UPDATE:  I watched the actual footage, and what she actually said (after the photographer identified himself as being from X17) was this:

Pap:  What happened with the case?
Brit:  It's cool.
Pap:  Yeah, I'm from X17.
Brit:  I don't know if the judge can take it, but...I was cool.
Pap:  I wish you the best, Britney.
Brit:  [giggles]
Pap:  We know you gonna get it back.
Brit:  I got 'em back, baby!
Pap:  You're the one!  You rock!

He could have said, "We know you gonna get them back," but I've listened to it multiple times with the headset and I swear I hear, "it", not "them".  And what does she mean, she doesn't know if the judge can take it?  Take what?  Does she mean she doesn't know if he can work out more visitation?  Or does she mean the judge can't take her unbearable intelligence and hawtness?
