Pam Anderson Takes Another Ride On Her Husband-Go-Round.

Okay, let's tune away from the "All-Britney-All-The-Time" channel and take a peep at another bottle blonde with fake airbags, Pam Anderson.  Rumors are swirling that she and Rick Salomon, he of "One Night In Paris" fame (and I do use that term loosely), have gotten a marriage license in Vegas.  What's more, she is reportedly pregnant with Salomon's baby:

 "She definitely looks like she's got a bit of a bump," one source tells OK!. "And this wouldn't be the first time Pam has rushed off to get married because there's a baby coming."

So let's take this opportunity to look at Pam's personal life, or what I like to call the Husband-Go-Round:

• February 1995-February 1998:  Married Tommy Lee, drummer for Mötley Crüe, after only knowing him for 96 hours. They have two sons, who are now around nine and eleven years old. Separated and reconciled twice before finally calling it quits. Both have admitted to sexual romps with one another since the divorce. Also is rumored to have contracted the Hepatitis C virus from sharing tattoo needles with Lee.
• 2001:  Broke engagement to model Marcus Schenkenberg.
• 2003:   Broke engagement to Kid Rock (Robert Ritchie).
• July 2006:  Married Kid Rock in multiple ceremonies around the globe. Rumors spun that she was pregnant. She miscarried in November and filed for divorce seventeen days later.
• September 2007:  Announced on the Ellen show that she was engaged. Obtained a marriage license in Vegas.

And those were just the highlights. So, clearly she has a bit of a problem with marriage, specifically quickie marriages.  Now, if it were just Pam screwing up her own life, that would be one thing.  People screw up their own lives every day.  No, it is her sons I am concerned about.  Being a good mother is more than just loving your children, you know. Let's do the math:  In the past fourteen months, her sons have seen their mother marry and divorce one man and then get engaged to another man.  They've seen her cavort around in skimpy bikinis and clothing, generally making a spectacle of herself (although they've been watching her do that since they were old enough to focus their eyes).  Let's not even bring up the VMA's.  Also, her partying ways are reportedly getting worse than ever, and it allegedly affecting her health. What sort of message is this sending these young boys?  Wasn't the soap opera that was her marriage to Kid Rock enough for her, she now has to create more drama?  They've seen her go in heat for one man, and then go in heat for yet another man, all in a little over a year's time.  Children need stability, they need to know that their lives and the people in them are secure, and having this continual revolving door on their mother's bedroom cannot be good for them.  Where are the boys while all this partying is going on, anyway?

And just where are Dylan and Brandon, Pam’s sons with Tommy Lee? Thankfully, they’re far from the fracas, staying with Pam’s brother and mother while Mom stars in a Las Vegas magic show. 

Probably the best place for them to be right now.  At least that is better than Brit dragging her boo-boos thither and yon. Well, her sons are about to get yet another stepfather in their lives.  Hopefully they have little dry-erase boards so they can keep track and don't accidentally call their new stepfather Bob.  I wish Pam all the best...she's certainly going to need it.
