Sam Lufti Delusional, Seeks Britney To Take The Stand In His Defense
K's out for the day, so you people are stuck with me, sorry. I will muddle my way through this, so bare with me.
We reported a week or so ago that Britney's ex-manager Sam Lufti was finally served with the restraining order Britney's parents filed on him. Britney's mother Lynne Spears, gave a sworn statement she witnessed Sam abuse Britney and admit to giving her drugs which he crushed up and put in her drink to consume. The statement was quite damaging and portrayed Sam as the monster we had all figured him to be.
This however, has not stopped Lufti from his relentless efforts to thwart Britney's father, Jamie who is co-conservator for her as she undergoes medical treatment, from getting her life back on track. According to OK! Magazine, Sam wants to go to court and call Britney to the stand in defense of his character. From the article:
"I am going to call Britney to the stand so she can tell the world how I was helping her," Sam reportedly said. "I am innocent. I am Britney's friend and would never hurt her."That's hard to believe based on Lynne Spears' testimony for the restraining order, in which she revealed Sam had been secretly drugging Brit and controlling every aspect of her life. But in Sam's mind, that doesn't warrant a restraining order, and he's prepared to "fight all the way" to regain access to Britney, his spokesman Michael Sands says.
"Sam is a good guy who does not agree with this restraining order," he says.
The 33-year-old is ready to duke it out in court in a March 17 hearing, where he'll claim Britney had access to drugs from other visitors in her home and fears her life is being taken over by her dad and co-conservator of her assets, Jamie Spears.
