That SNL crew, bless their hearts (which apparently means F-U down south), are keeping us informed about what's going on in the world and making complicated issues simple for us regular folks to understand. Shocking as it may seem, the above satire is pretty spot on as to how we got to where we are now. Amazing AND appalling!
So while we bail out those greedy fat-cats on Wall Street and more importantly, those who made extremely poor financial choices, rest assured, we are also bailing out Main Street. And thank GOODNESS, how else could we continue our empty consumer-driven lives of buying crappy China-made products from Wal-mart. Because let's face it, nothing make us feel better about the state of the world than melamine-laced products made from the blood, sweat and tears of foreign slave labor.
